Description

Relax and enjoy your vacation in our condo, which includes a living/dinning room brand new open kitchen with brand new appliances-microwave, stove, refrigerator, and other major appliances. Other amenities include air conditioning in living/dinning area as well as in all 3 bedrooms, a TV with cable in two rooms and wifi internet The climate is as close to perfect ads it can get, averaging 83°F (22.7°C) in the Winter and 85°F (29.4°C) in the Summer. In other words, it's always Summer! The trade winds cool the coastal towns and the temperature decreases as you go up into the higher mountains. Puerto Rico is in the Atlantic Time Zone, but does not observe Daylight Savings Time. The island uses standard U.S. electric current. European appliances require an adapter.

How do damage deposits work?

If Mercedes (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
