In sunny Orlando/Kissimmee Florida, location is everything.....and we are located the very closest to Disney......less than two miles to the main entrance! Each evening, you may enjoy the breath taking view of Disney Fireworks from the Windsor Hills Resort area. We are also less than two miles to the Atlanta Braves Spring Training grounds.

You are welcome to feel at home in your comfortable accommodation at Kissimmee’s newest and most prestigious five-star vacation resort.....Windsor Hills. You may choose one or both of our condos. Condo #2 was recently furnished & we are now leasing for your enjoyment.

This is a prestigious and luxurious 24hr secured gated resort community located conveniently near everything at this wonderful vacation destination. Our 4th floor

handicapped accessible condo (elevator access) has plenty of room and amenities for every age group to totally relax and enjoy a Florida Vacation that you will always remember.

Within minutes from Donald Duck's Condo are a huge variety of restaurants and shops of every type that you can imagine. In addition to the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM, The Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach, Downtown Disney and more, there are lots of other major tourist attractions in the area including Universal Studios, Sea World, Gaterland, Old Town, way too many to list here! If golf is your passion, you've come to the right place. There is a beautiful 18 hole course located right next door. When your fun filled vacation nears it's end we are quite certain that you will already be planning to come see us again soon.
