Blue Pelican is a spacious 1 bedroom villa set on an upscale property with a wonderful interior garden and pool that invites you to enjoy nature.

Blue Pelican offers views of gardens and the Atlantic Ocean. When the sun sets, enjoy cocktails on the balcony and marvel at the Caribbean night sky revealing a symphony of stars.

Serenity and privacy beckon those seeking a luxury retreat -- the perfect setting for a romantic vacation.

All the amenities of home, including air conditioning, satellite television and wireless internet.

The kitchen is fully equipped -- perfect for whipping up a romantic dinner to enjoy on the patio. The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed, a spacious bathroom and separate dressing area with ample closet space.

Centrally located -- beach, shopping, golfing, you are just minutes away.

Enhanced cleaning between guests for maximum protection. We want are guests to remain safe during their travels and have implemented WTTC Global standards to our cleaning program. We hire professional cleaners who disinfect completely including high-touch surfaces and wash all bedding and towels in water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF. Contactless check in is also available.

We are happy to have been featured on HGTV and rated best vacation rental in St. Maarten for 2012 to 2019 by TripAdvisor.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Garo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
