This home has the best of everything with a well designated open floor plan that embraces the lake and mountain views. This comfortable contemporary home is well designed to handle the family fun that is sure to be part of living on the lake. Interstate 90 (New York State Thruway) to Exit 27--Amsterdam, Turn right off the ramp heading North on Rte 30 for 8 miles At intersection of Rte. 30 & 29, turn right heading east 1 mile (first trafic light) take left on Second Ave.(STEWARTS convenience store/gas station), proceed to the four corner intersection and turn right onto Main St., follow Main St. which forces you to bear right on North St.(you are now in front of Saint Joseph's Catholic Church) go 7 tenths of a mile and turn left at "Y" intersection onto Lakeview Road (see large blue and orange sign SPRINGERS Towing & Garage). After turning onto Lakeview Rd. go another 8 tenths of a mile and turn left on to SUNNY BAY RD. It's the last house on the left #109
