Description

Private, secluded three bedroom home nestled within 35 wooded acres and sitting on the ridge of Chautauqua Creek Gorge. Coveniently located a short drive from many Chautauqua County recreational venues such as Lake Chauatuaqu and Lake Erie, Chauatauqua Institute, Chatauqua Wine Trail, City of Jamestown but off the beaten path. Great for family reunions, fishing camp, wine tasting tours, nature retreats, snow mobiling, hiking or a nice relaxing vacation. The cabin comfortably accomodates 8 adults but can sleep 15 with plenty of parking for recreational vehicles and space for outdoor camping as well. A large covered patio includes a natural gas grill and Hot tub. Lake Chatauqua is a popular tourist destination but lake rentals are very crowded. The cabin is close enough to enjoy the lake but offers privacy and seclusion that cannot be found with a lake front rental.

Spring and Fall Steelhead trout runs and proximity to Lakes Erie and Chauatauqua make the cabin a perfect location for fishing base camp.
