Imagine….wandering through the forest and stumbling upon a hidden gem…eagles soaring, fish jumping, children swimming in a warm oceanfront pool, families laughing, and a couple enjoying the tranquillity of a canoe ride to a private island where they can pretend their footprints in the sand are the first ever… Where are you? You are at The Inn of the Sea Resort on Vancouver Island. The resort is spectacularly situated overlooking the Strait of Georgia in the picturesque area of Yellow Point, British Columbia. Just a 20 minute drive south of Nanaimo and only 90 minutes north of Victoria, you have arrived in paradise. Nature at your door with breathtaking ocean views.

Upon arrival, choose from a stroll on the sandstone beach, a vigorous game of tennis followed by a refreshing swim in the ocean-side pool, or a walk in the nearby park. Ease your muscles with a dip in the hot tub. Located just a few minutes away is the Mahle House gourmet restaurant, renowned for its award-winning wine list. If a simpler fare is your taste, the local Crow and Gate Pub is a favourite for its traditional British dishes and casual ambience.

This is a wonderful place to rest, relax, and rejuvenate!

Our beautiful condo is in the resort and we encourage you to take advantage of all the amenities listed above as part of the resort. Our unit is fully equipped to make your vacation easy and complete. The kitchen features a microwave, stove with large oven, a large refrigerator, stainless steel double sink, dishwasher,

toaster oven, and much more. All the pots, pans, dishes, and other kitchen utensils you can think of are supplied, including a blender for those important summer refreshments. Even a barbeque is located on the deck just off the kitchen. The main floor bedroom has twin beds that can be combined into a king, a ceiling fan, split A/C, closet, and TV/DVD. Also on the main floor is a full bathroom (also with TV/VCR). All towels and linens are supplied, including beach towels for the pool. The living room has large panoramic windows the length of the wall to take full advantage of the view of the ocean, islands, and distant mountains. For the cooler spring and fall evenings, there is a large fireplace as well as a surround sound system, satellite and cable TV, CD/DVD/VCR players, large comfortable couches and a chair with ottoman. The deck off the living room has a table and chairs for outdoor entertaining on the warmer summer evenings, as well as a lounge for more private sunbathing.

Downstairs on the entrance level is the master bedroom with a Queen size bed. The room has its own small deck with a chair and table-perfect for that quiet morning coffee. There is a large closet, A/C, ceiling fan, and TV/VCR/DVD. This room also has an ensuite bathroom (with another TV/VCR!) with full tub and shower.

The unit has a washer/dryer on the main floor, lots of cupboard and closet space, and toys for the kids. Also included are tennis racquets and balls, games, books, a computer with Internet access, a fax machine, and a video selection of over 250 movies for those occasional rainy days.

How do damage deposits work?
