IGELDO VILLA is a truly amazing property on the emblematic Mount Igeldo, right in front of the sea and in the countryside and yet only 15 minutes away from the city centre. Its 10.800 sq m. of land with 350 apple trees and its spectacular views make this property a dream in itself.
It is spread out over three levels:
The basement level has 190 sq m. and has a garage for two cars, a storage area with fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, a wine cellar with controlled temperature, a full bathroom with shower and and "entertaining area" with a table and chairs for 12 people and a full kitchen.
The main level has 190 sq m. and a 35 sq m. terrace facing the sea. It has a design fully equipped kitchen/living room all exterior facing and with sea views with a comfortable sofa, a LCD 42" TV, DVD, a massage armchair, a table for 10 when expanded and direct access to the garden and terrace.
It also has an amazing bedroom with a double bed (1,60 x 2 m /63 x 79 inches) and a dresser and an ensuite bedroom with a double bed (1,60 x 2 m /63 x 79 inches) and a dresser with direct access to the garden both, a design bathroom with a hydraulic massage shower and a chill out living room with sea views from where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets and a dining room with antique furniture.
The upper level has 110 sq m. and has two exterior facing bedrooms with a wardrobe and two single beds each (0,90 x 2m / 35 x 79 inches). It also has a design bathroom with a walk in shower, a little gym overlooking the swimming pool, a living room and a library/study facing the sea.
Outside, there is a 10 x 5 m / 32 x 16 feet filled with salt water swimming pool, a BBQ and a storage room for garden furniture and a ping-pong table. There is also an organic garden where all sorts of vegetables are grown.
You will enjoy the free wi-fi internet access and free local and national telephone calls.
The villa is cleaned for your arrival and has linen and towels. There are plenty of extra fresh linen and towels. If you want a cleaning lady to clean the villa while you are there it has an extra cost of 12 € per hour. A cot is available free of charge upon request.
When you arrive, the apartment will have toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid and dishclothes.
It is a pet friendly villa and smoking is not allowed inside.
If you arrive on a Sunday or bank holiday, please bear in mind that shops and supermarkets are closed all day in San Sebastian and there are no 24 hour open shops in the city. We could buy you some basics (milk, bread...) upon request for a 20 € charge.

We spend 5 days at this apartment. Everything was fine. it's a very quiet district. But pretty far from the down town.
