This Yellowstone Lookout Riverside Vacation Rental Home is located on the banks of the mighty Yellowstone River. The home offers private fishing access and amazing River views! Plan your day of fishing or floating on the Yellowstone River to begin or end right at your back door! The homes are located approximately 20 miles South of Livingston, Montana in the gorgeous Paradise Valley. The magnificent North entrance to Yellowstone National Park is a short drive further South (it takes approximately 35 minutes). Many guests use the Yellowstone Lookout homes as home bases to see the sights in our entire area...Yellowstone Park, Grand Teton Park, the awesome Beartooth Highway, Bozeman, Livingston and more. Yellowstone Lookout Log Cabin:

*This home has two bedrooms, a large sleeping loft and 2 bathrooms. You'll find one king size bed, one queen size bed, two full beds, and two twin beds.

*This home can accommodate up to 8 guests (inquire about options for an additional person).

*The home comprises approximately 1,950 square feet and was equipped with new furnishings in March 2010.

*Enjoy your own private riverside HOT TUB.

*Enjoy wireless Internet, 40" flat screen satellite TV/DVD/home theater system, satellite TV in master bedroom, and an iPod docking station/AM/FM/CD player.

*Prices range from $1245 for 7 nights (value season rate) to $2095 per week in the summer. Ask about prices for shorter or longer stays.

Response from the owner Susan- Thanks for the kind review. As we told you the rate you were seeing is from our 2018 winter (off-season) rate. We have not decided what our summer 2019 rates will be yet. When we don’t update rates the closest rate on the calendar is what transfers over. That’s why the rate is so low and why the increase was so big. Our summer rates are usually double our winter rates. Most people understand this when they send in booking inquiries that far in advance. Many property owners (like us) aren’t ready to determine rates yet for the following summer. We explained this to you. I’m sorry you are so bitter over it you felt the need to give us the lowest review possible. I’m not even sure why guests who don’t stay at a property are allowed leave a review? As you can see from the other reviews the property is excellent and guests have a great time staying. And they are also willing to pay the proper price for it.
