“Cosy studio, fabulous location”
We had seven nights in this apartment and loved it. Yes, it's a studio - so the bed is foldout, the room cosy. But it was perfect size for a couple visiting from Australia. We've been to Paris many times before, but we wanted a base to explore the city over a week. This was ideal - the proximity to the Pantheon (although undergoing renovations) and the delightful Luxembourg Gardens was great. The studio itself is very practically laid out and kitted. The real bonus is the balcony - being able to have breakfast outside, or a late night drink, was lovely. And Victoria made us feel right at home; she's very helpful and considerate - we were made to feel very welcome. Hope to use this space again in the future.
“Feels like home”
Being from the tropics and not liking a very cold climate, then coming to Paris during early spring might have been a daunting experience but our stay in this apartment totally changed my perspective. The whole unit was in controlled temperature suited to what we were most comfortable in. The fast-speed internet connection kept us up to date with the latest weather so we were prepared to rug up accordingly. Also, we were able to download apps like Paris Offline Map and used it to get around Paris with ease! My husband and I love cooking and just checking out the produce in the grocery next to the building was an adventure in itself, and the kitchen had everything we needed to whip up some new recipes! But I suggest going to those artisan food shops around to sample what French are known for. Of course the whole idea of staying in this unit was to minimize eating out and if you don't like cooking, the Carrefour grocery beside us had various microwaveable food items which aren't bad at all. We were very happy with the location as it is close to most of the attractions. So on the first few days we were quite happy to do a familiarization walking tour by ourselves and discovered many new places each day. We also took advantage of the free calls to our families and hence kept them up-to-date with our travel news. For me the speedy internet was a big plus as I was able to upload lots of photos on social media to share with family and also as my digital photo album! One big bonus is of course Victoria herself, who was very helpful with whatever we needed, including picking up two jet-lagged aussies from the airport; she was also available on call (we had one phone on roam which we only had to use once) to point to us how to use the public transport. I feel that 16 days in Paris wasn't enough so I will definitely come back and stay in this apartment again in the future, maybe with Bffs! :)
“Living the Parisian life”
My boyfriend and I stayed at Pantheon studio for 6 nights. We chose this apartament after looking at excellent reviews online and the studio was exactly what we hoped for. The apartment had a great and comfortable sofa bed, great shower, lovely balcony and furnished kitchen. The location is fabulous and you can go everywhere on foot. There is everything around it: supermarket, restaurant, cafes, bars, bakery, metro... I just want to say that we loved everything. Thanks for all you did to make our trip a wonderful experience. We really recommend it!
“Lovely apartment maintained to a high standard”
Well located apartment within walking distance most attractions. Very clean and well maintained with all superior amenities required for a short stay in Paris. The apartment is quite small and the sofa bed slightly uncomfortable but, overall an excellent apartment
“Perfect stay at this great location!”
My daughter and I stayed here from 5/23-5/27 2013. the location was amazing to say the least! the area beautiful and safe! View of Pantheon even from bathroom! Victoria was helpful, and always available if you need her! We walked everywhere from here, les catacombs, Jardin luxembourg, Eiffel tower, Musee D'Orsay, Louvre, Notre Dame. Les Invalides, San Severin Church and of course the Pantheon right up the block! will definitely stay at one of victorias apartments again!
“Perfect first stay in Paris”
We chose this apartment after looking at similar reviews online, and we were not disappointed. The location is excellent for exploring Paris. Many times we walked down to the Seine or St. Germaine without having to take the Metro. Nearby Rue Mouffetard is a charming place to get your groceries and a lively spot at night. The apartment itself is on the top floor of a secure building. Like many Parisian apartments it's quite compact, but spacious enough for two. The pull-out bed, as others have commented, is very supportive and comfortable. (They just seem to do pull-out beds much better in France.) Great little kitchen and bathroom with shower. Everything worked. The patio, of course, is an added bonus, and lets lots of light into the apartment. We took advantage of Victoria's airport pickup service and we were glad we did. It made everything simpler and we very much enjoyed talking to Victoria on the way in and the way out. She was always available and helpful. A bottle of red wine was there to welcome us when we arrived. Definitely a positive experience! Highly recommended.
“Great apartment, location and host”
Myself, my wife and our 18month old stayed at the Pantheon apartment for 7 nights in October this year. The apartment is located in a great area - latin quarter - which is full of great little restaurants, patisseries, markets etc. As others have mentioned many tourist attractions are within walking distance or if you are inclined there are 3 different metro lines withing 10mins walk. The apartment is clean and tidy, has an elevator, is secure, has a lovely little balcony and everything is quite modern. An apartment is a far better option than a hotel room if you have a long stay in paris and it is probably cheaper. On top of the good weekly rate you also have the options to cook meals at the apartment and also do your washing etc.The free wi-fi is also great. Finally perhaps the main selling point is the host Victoria. She is friendly and welcoming and full of knowledge regarding Paris and things to do. She is more than willing to help but at the same time is not intrusive. We used her car service to pick us up and return us to the airport, she organised a baby cot and high chair for our stay and reccommended places to take our toddler. Her love of Paris rubs off on you. This is our second time we have stayed in an apartment in Paris and i highly reccommend the Pantheon apartment to anyone considering it.
“Safe and comfortable apartment for two”
Our stay began with Victoria retrieving us from the airport and driving us to the apartment. During our drive, she gave us wonderful advice and tips about Paris life and culture. The actual apartment was fabulous for two people. It provided much more space than a hotel room would have as we had a terrace, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The highlight of the apartment was the balcony overlooking the Pantheon. And, surprisingly, the pull out bed was extremely comfortable! In america, pull out couches are made terribly. However, in Europe, pull out couches are of the same quality as real mattresses. We enjoyed many comfortable night's sleep in the apartment! The location of the apartment was also great. We could walk to many sites as well as hop on the metro about 10 minutes away. There was a popular square nearby as well with lots of restaurants to eat in. Overall, I don't think we (a couple in our late 20s) could have asked for more with our stay in this apartment. And Victoria was wonderful to work with.
“Wonderful apartment in Le Marais!”
The apartment was perfect! Very clean and comfortable and a solid Wifi connection. Location was perfect! Very close to many Boulangerie for breakfast and cafes and bistros for lunch. Victoria was an extremely helpful host. Between picking us up at the airport, to all of her advice for getting around Paris, and dropping us off at the airport at the end of our travels, we couldn't have asked for a more honest, knowledgeable, and welcoming person than Victoria! Merci beaucoup! Thanks for helping us out with our first Parisian adventure!
