“About 20 steps from the beach! Nice Place.”

Reviewed 13 Jan 2015

Corcega beach is nice for swimming. Rincon itself boasts any kind of beach you are looking for...sunning, swimming, snorkeling, SCUBA, Surf and Big Surf sometimes. The house was very nice... very spacious. The accommodations modern, WIFI was intermittent while we stayed. Equipment fine, nice beach chairs, nice pool stuff.... deck chairs...etc., not to mention the pool, pool man came by every few days to vacuum and clean. Grounds of the house are well maintained. Star fruit tree on the grounds. Kim the property manager was awesome.

“awesome house”

Response from the owner Thanks, we're glad you enjoyed your stay! Maybe we can get one soon....

“amazing!”

Reviewed 2 Apr 2012

House was perfect for 2 families of 4. Having a pool was a great addition. Super close to beach-across the alley. House had all the amenities. Appreciated the beach towels, boogie boards, beach mats, cooler, etc. Kim was great and stepped into action when we had to make a trip to the emergency room. Thanks Kim!

“Relaxing, also fun, sun and run.”

I go to Puerto Rico every year to see my parents on the other side of the island. Then I spend a few days in Rincon. Because it my favorite town. But this time around I stay in this beautiful house. It has everything you need. I didn't want to leave the house. There were 7 of us we had the best vacation. Look forward to staying here again.

“Beautiful well appointed space perfect for two families travelin”

Reviewed 27 Mar 2012

We loved everything about the space. The pool was perfect, beach access ideal and we were able to cook fantastic meals in the well appointed kitchen. We had my two kids, 3 and 6 with us and the space is ideal for children down to all the beach toys and great lifejacket for the little one to swim in. Truly the only issue, but this was a big issue, was the ridiculous number of roosters who start their crowing at 2:00am and do not stop until the sun sets. We are farm folk and can handle a few roosters, but 50 roosters was taking things to another level. We all slept with ear plugs, but that wasn't always enough. Other than that, we had a blast!!!

“One of our best beach vacations ever!”

First time in 30 years of renting houses "on the beach" that I can say that absolutely every claim and every picture concerning this house is absolutely true! In addition, the onsite manager (Kim) is almost instantly available for anything (she even offered to go shopping for us before we arrived). Really unbelievable. Amazing property in a really great place. I will not even consider staying elsewhere when we come back to PR.

“A great family beach house.”

Reviewed 2 Jan 2012

Some hiccups with communication prior to visit but once we were there Kimmy met us at the house and provided anything we needed. She was more than happy to give us advice. She knows the area well and was always willing to give insight on the local scene. The home was clean, well appointed, pool was well equipped. The house had everything you could possibly need except cutting boards. Buying plastic ones at the store would be helpful. There were plenty of pool toys. It was a great place to take a break from all the activities. It was in a very safe neighborhood and had locks on every door for safety. There were a great deal of plants. If you get lucky you might even get starfruit! The house was literally steps from the beach! Decent snorkeling at the beach in front of the house. There was a snorkel or two at the house. Long walks on the beach every night at sunset. Fresh fruit every morning. Beach was very nice, not too busy, mostly locals. There was a cool little local bar, Nativo, right around the corner from the house. Great empanadillas at the end of the street near "The Castle" (a brightly colored house covered in sea shells!) Food from a relais au chateu to your basic empanadilla no more than five minutes from the house. Great drive exploring the hills. Scuba Diving off Desecheo Island was incredible. The only thing to warn people about is that the neighborhood wakes up early and can be noisy but you get used to it. All in all, it's a very safe neighborhood and home. Very relaxing and comfortable. The one place the whole family agrees we would return. No matter what, apply sunscreen often! We had perfect weather. Great breeze. Perfect temperature, 80-89 always. Every beach was wonderful.

“everything you need”

Reviewed 13 Feb 2011

We stayed at Casa Las Palmas with my parent, my husband and I with two small kids and our nanny. The house is perfect for families and extended families. We were able to walk over to the beach, spend a lot of time in the swimming pool, and have nice evening cook outs with everyone. We also ventured into Rincon of course, and had dinner at the nearby Nativo. We love that everything was at the house starting with a crib and a highchair for the baby up to beach toys and even toys of the house.
