Located on the barrier island of North Captiva Island, Manatee Haven is an upscale, non-smoking, beach-view home that offers four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms with an elevator to all three levels. It is professionally decorated, has a swimming pool and hot tub located in a 3,200 sq. feet private screened-in pool deck that includes a full outdoor kitchen with 36" gas grill, sink, refrigerated drawers and ice machine.. Our home offers every amenity for its guests, including access to the private North Captiva Island Club facilities and a private beach just 500 feet away.  Rental includes one golf cart.  Additional carts can be rented through us or other businesses on the island.

The first level of Manatee Haven has four bedrooms, two kings, one queen and two twins, in addition to two full baths. Each of the bedrooms is fully tiled and beautifully appointed with island themes.  Cable television and Netflix are available on all televisions in the house.  There is also a private screened lanai connected to the master bedroom that overlooks the pool and patio.

The second floor has a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a bar for an enjoyable breakfast or lunch. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Gulf views from a Natuzzi leather sectional, watch 700+ DVD's, stored in eleven 3-ring binders, on a 55' Smart HD/TV w/ sound bar or stream your favorite music through our Sonos sound system with speakers on every level.   A dining area is off the kitchen and has a full glass/wood table with extensions and six chairs. In addition there is a bar with a separate small refrigerator to keep your favorite drinks cold as well as one exclusively for wine bottles. There is also full bath with shower on the second level.  A 25X11 foot lanai is off the great room and faces the Gulf where you can take pleasure in the view and relax with the Gulf breezes. The lanai features a 6-person patio table and a small sofa and chairs for enjoying the ocean breeze.

From the screened lanai there is a spiral staircase that leads to an observation deck, 49 feet above ground, with a grand 360-degree view of North Captiva Island, the gulf, bay and surrounding islands. A telescope is available to view the night sky. A screened heated 15 by 33-feet heated pool that is one of the largest on the island along with a hot tub and elevator in a large screened-in patio that is on the ground level.  Swim laps, play pool games of basketball, volleyball, or just sit and relax in the spa. A private hot/cold shower is available off the pool. One golf cart is included with your rental.  A second golf cart can be rented as needed.

We generally rent full weeks only. If you need a stay shorter than one week, please reach out to us. Check in is after 3pm. Checkout is at 9:30am. We do not allow events or parties at our home. We accept small to medium sized well mannered dogs but do charge a pet fee for extra cleaning.

Manatee Haven is a non-smoking home. If you must smoke, please smoke outside the screen enclosure near the circle driveway and properly dispose of any butts.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
