Tennis Courts, Club House, Pool, Dock, small vessel moorage, kayaking, Fishing, Fireplace and outdoor Fire Pit - hiking, beach combing, This area is great for active people and families. This is a penthouse unit so there are stairs to the entrance. High Speed Internet, and Cable TV included - Fully equipped kitchen - 3 month minimum

Response from the owner Hi Christine I am the owner of the Kala Pt COndo that has the spiral staircase and the leather couch and is situated on the frontage of thedrive down to the beach so there is an unobstructed view in this unit - you must have satyed in another unit - there are times shares there, ours is a condo and not a time share, and it has been rented since Feb 2013 - so you have posted a review on the wrong listing. I am just letting you know I will remove it. Thanks Katharine

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Katharine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
