Imagine enjoying your morning coffee as whales play in the warm Pacific Ocean that lies just yards away. Enjoy long strolls on the beach - a refreshing dip in the pool and a relaxing Jacuzzi hot tub under the Maui stars and moon with the ambiance of Hawaiian tiki torches. Or prepare your own BBQ feast on one of several BBQ grills pool side while watching spectacular sunsets at night.

WELCOME TO TROPICAL PARADISE in our beautifully furnished oceanfront condominium.

These pleasures can be experienced from our fully furnished condo at Kauhale Makai resort (Village by the Sea). This luxurious OCEANFRONT condo has gorgeous, uninterrupted panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, new and fantastic sunsets every night, the west Maui Mountains and neighboring islands. Our condo offers a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a couch that also opens to a queen size bed in the living room. The kitchen has all new appliances and is, of course, fully equipped. There is a dining area, which seats four. There are lanais off the living room and the master bedroom. Our condo, which has CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING, contains a flat screen TV, DVD player and has high-speed Internet access. There are coin-op washers and dryers mere steps away as is the elevator.

Kauhale Makai resort is located on the leeward side of Maui, in the town of Kihei. The mountains protect this area from the storms and rains of the northern and eastern parts of the island. The complex consists of two six-story buildings, each with two elevators. It features a pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, putting green, shuffleboard, gas barbeques and volleyball court. Public tennis courts are just a short walk away. Many of Maui's world famous beaches and renowned golf courses are located just minutes away. Our central location is convenient to many of Maui's natural attractions, not to mention restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and entertainment.

The palm-dotted white sand beach fronting the property is popular with windsurfers during the summer and offers exquisite sunsets. Located on the longest continuous beach on Maui, Kauhale Makai is just 100 yards from the ocean, with public swimming beaches and lifeguards minutes away. A central common area includes five gas barbecue grills, three picnic tables, a pool surrounded by a sundeck, a hot tub and a children's pool. The grounds also include a putting green, shuffle board, and laundry facilities; a small market by the front desk, and free parking. Our guests are welcome to use the two public tennis courts and volleyball nets located to the south of the grounds.
