Description

Our lovely villa is on the popular Sandy Ridge subdivision. Situated only 15 mins from Disney, and near to Interstate I4, it's the ideal retreat after a hectic day at the theme parks (or the golf courses at Champions Gate, only a few minutes away.) With conservation woodland to the rear, it's your own little piece of Florida! Our villa has 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite) to sleep 8 guests, or 10 if you also use the sofa bed. Our house is fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in all rooms, and is carpeted throughout (except for the bathrooms and kitchen, which are tiled.) The games room in the garage has a comfortable extra seating area.

A wide selection of cable TV channels are available in every bedroom, as well as the living area. For your safety, smoke detectors, emergency lighting, and fire extinguishers are provided. A stroller and cot are available free of charge on request. Our villa is managed locally, and 24hr assistance is available in case of any problems.

The villa was clean and tidy and is in a really good location with easy access to both Disney and Universal, the local facilities are very good with Publix's, Chilli's, CVS and dunkin donuts all within easy reach and we had a meal delivered to the villa from the China King takeaway which was really enjoyable. the games room has air conditioning which made playing pool very enjoyable and the rear swimming pool view of the small lake is very pleasant along with all the wildlife that use the lake. we had a real home from home experience as the villa has everything you need with dishwasher, washing machine, drier, electric kettle, in fact all the utensils and space our family needed to make this a perfect base for our Florida holiday.
