Welcome to the brand new luxury Villa Tuscany located on the Eight Lakes of Cape Coral! This gorgeous vacation villa will leave you breathless as you enter the front iron arched door and see the infinity edge pool as it appears to seamlessly flow into the huge lake. The villa features a jacuzzi that sits inside the pool as well as an outdoor kitchen area in the lanai that is equipped with a large BBQ grill and outdoor fridge. You can fish from the boat dock, enjoy a tropical drink under the tiki hut, or simply lay out in the over sized sundeck and feel the warm Florida sun on your skin. The villa itself is equipped with everything you'll need to feel right at home and offers you the ultimate vacation experience. Two master suites (one upstairs and one downstairs) allow for plenty of room. The downstairs master bathroom has a built-in TV on the wall allowing you to take a relaxing bath while watching your favorite show. The upstairs master suite features a balcony that overlooks the beautiful lake as well as a huge picture window with a view of the water. A gourmet kitchen with a large island means that you can do all of your cooking at the villa, or simply dine out at one of Cape Coral's fabulous restaurants which are just minutes away.
The villa also features a boat lift where you can dock your personal yacht or you can rent one of our boats. The Villa Tuscany is the ultimate vacation experience in Cape Coral and will undoubtedly make your next vacation unforgettable.
