These luxurious and modern apartments are located on the water’s edge in the heart of the famous V&A Waterfront Marina, within walking distance of the Waterfront shopping Center and the City. Use the gym and heated pools, with incredible views of the harbour and Table Mountain. The estate has top security with access points that are manned 24/7.


As soon as you walk through the door you will feel at home in these luxurious apartments, beautifully decorated with African touches. The apartments are completely secure with strict security procedures ruling the whole estate. They have large patios with loungers and a 6 seater table with beautiful views over the canal and the Cape Grace. The walk to the shops and restaurants via private walkways along the water’s edge is an absolute pleasure.

The apartments are fully equipped with everything you need for a great stay. All linen, towels, cutlery and crockery is provided. They also have an individual alarm and a safe.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove and microwave. The lounge has a sleeper couch, satellite plasma TV, DVD player and Hi-fi with CD player.


The telephone is a prepaid system.

The parking bays are within the security area so your car is completely safe.

The apartments are serviced once a week, more often on request.

Use of any of the four pools and gym is free of charge.

How do damage deposits work?

If Mrs (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
