“Great place to stay”

Reviewed 26 Sep 2013

The apartment is very spacious and the air conditioning ensures that it is always cool. Excellent transport links with buses and the metro making all of Rome reachable. Internet worked perfectly, as did the hot water. Highly recommend this apartment for an affordable stay in Rome.

Such an agreeable apartment... Everything you want to see in Rome is near. The mattress is so comfortable . ... There is a kitchen with everything you need. Metro station and buses stop near, Wifi, Adsl PC, A.C. there are free, all perfect.

Great apartment in the Vatican area ( metro 250 mt and stop buses 46-49 front the apartment) ,located on the second floor. We us the apartment over new year and the facility was warm and spacious for two of us.

“Excellent location”

Vatican apartment is very well located, metro station buses stop 46 or 49 near the apartment. It is well equipped, nicely furnished, spacious and with all the desired amanities (WiFi, TV, Microwave, Washing Machine. There is a full sized kitchen that allows you to prepare breakfast or a meal if you do not feel like going out. There is an ample bathroom, a large bedroom and a living dining with a couch that converts into a bed that is ample and comfortable.

“Great clean apartment”

Reviewed 14 Jul 2013

The apartment is at the second floor, very charming and so much bigger than the pictures i saw online. It has a living room, which has a pull-out sofa bed, a dinning table, a bookshelf full of maps and travel books in both English and Italian, and a TV. The kitchen is well furnished and has everything you could think of, washer, fridge, even detergent, seasonings, and all the utensils. -he thought of everything! Did I mention that Maurizio even gave us a welcome basket that's filled with pasta, biscuits for breakfast, coffee and yhe.. Since it was Christmas day, she even stuffed the fridge with 2 packs of chicken, some fresh greens, some eggs, and milk! I could not think of any 5 star hotel had better and more personal service than Maurizio. The location was perfect 250mt metro station Baldo Ubaldi and buses stop front the apartment. It also has nice restaurants on the zone.

Response from the owner Hi Margareta, thanks for your nice feedback. We always do our best for our guests. It's a pleasure to know that you enjoyed your stay. Arrivederci! Maurizio

“A wonderful apartment that has everything you need!”

Reviewed 12 Jul 2013

Maurizio was so thoughtful and nice. This was our first time to Rome and we were traveling with two boys (4 and 6) from Christmas to new year. He arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport at 7am Christmas day morning, who speaks perfect English and is very polite and informative. When we got to the apartment, he's right there waiting for us (again, at Christmas morning!).

“An amazing Stay at Vaticanapartment”

Reviewed 12 Jul 2013

Maurizio is easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and an incredible hostess. Communications prior to our arrival were hassle-free; a driver met us at the airport. She got up early to welcome us to Rome, showed us around apt., gave us tips for the neighborhood and Rome, made sure our iPhones/iPads were connect to WiFi. Her welcome basket was lovely touch. The apartment is everything you could ask for. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare several nice meals. Apt is WiFi worked well with two devices, and the air conditioning was a true gift.Vaticanapartment is well situated close metro Station Baldo Ubaldi (250mt) and buses stop 46-49 front the apartment. Great shopping for food and other essentials is close by. Vaticanapartment is an economical place to stay. We splurged on plenty of meals out, but to be able to enjoy a breakfast, lunch, or dinner occasionally in the apartment with local foods saved a lot of money. And the space and comfort that we enjoyed as opposed to sharing a small European hotel room (that would have cost more!)could not be beat.
