“Convenient location to strip and grocery stores”
We had a very good time and the hosts were fabulous. We checked a larger unit before we left, so we could make future plans.
“paradise at Casa Deja blue”
for the last three years we have been going here our stay at casa deja blue has been superb , excelent host , going back again next year, for those that complain about the birds being too noisy should stay home and listen to there grandchildren l think they are quiter ha ha our stay here was very relaxing met new friends ,very clean and went out for dinner with host Dennis & Sylvia
“Great 2 month stay.”
This villa is exactly as written up and pictured. We enjoyed our two month stay immensely and have booked to return next year. Two grocery stores are located within an easy walking distance. We found walking to the main square for restaurants/shopping a bonus as well. We rarely used taxies but they are easily found if you wanted one. We had maid service 6 days a week and for a small fee we were able to have laundry done by one of the maids. The villa is small, only 7 rooms, with many long term rental guests. It is easy to get to know everyone while lounging about the pool. The kitchen supplies were adequate enough to prepare most of our meal there. Dennis and Sylvia were always available if you needed help or had questions. We enjoyed practising our Spanish with Sylvia and I think she enjoyed perfecting her English as well. They can recommend great places to eat that are off the beaten track. Next year we may even have a chance to sample some great Mexican cuisine from Sylvia. There are plans for her to have a small restaurant on site.
“3 weeks at Casa Deja Blue”
This is a safe, clean, seven room hotel with kitchen options, and the owner lives on site. Maid service every day, drinking water, dish soap, toilet paper and paper towels are provided. This is not always the case in Mexico. You can walk to many good restaurants and its a 5 min walk to the grocery store. The owner picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off one night for a special dinner, and we greatly appreciated that. There is traffic noise, a trade off for being in the city, and there are peacocks across the road, but you quickly get accustomed to there calls. A 10 min walk to Hotel Cozumel and you can use part of there beach area and swim in the ocean for free!
“a hidden gem in a quiet (except for the peacocks) safe residenti”
Deja Blue is conveniently located 2 blocks from the water and at the South end of San Miquel. It is easily within walking distance to shopping for groceries for your fully stocked kitchen and a short taxi ride to the center of town. The rooms are large and well appointed. Dennis, the owner, is almost always within shouting distance to assist with any needs or special requests. Casa Deja Blue is a place where you can relax around the pool without all of the commotion that normally goes with the large resorts.
“As lovely as it was described!”
We reserved a month at Casa Déjà Blue based on internet pictures and descriptions. To our delight, the villa was everything the Internet promised and more. The rooms are good-sized, comfortably furnished, and immaculate. The location is a fifteen minute walk to the main square and only three blocks from a large grocery store. We walked only four blocks to a beautiful snorkeling site. The owner, Dennis, lives on-site and responded promptly to questions and requests. We were so happy we reserved a month for next winter before we left!
“I went to Relax and it didn't disappoint”
I visited Casa Deja Blue Villas for a relaxing vacation and I was far from disappointed. The villa is perfectly located between the main street and a residential neighbourhood. If you are looking for relaxation, it's got it, if you're looking for the tourist thing, it's got that too! You are only two blocks from the grocery store and a block from the main street. The livingroom/kitchen areas are compact, but have everything you need. The bathrooms have the authentic Mexican tile and sink. The beds are comfortable enough. The best thing is that the villa is small, only a few units and everyone is friendly and look out for one another. The salt water pool area is the daily meeting place for everyone to gather and talk about their plans for the day and things they have done. No concerns about the security, you have to have a key to get into the property and the owner lives onsite.
“Clean and Convenient”
I had a lovely short stay at Casa Deja Blue which was the plan. Dennis and his partner were very helpful when I got sick. His partner took me to see a local doctor who was able to provide treatment and medical advice. The Villa is lovely and very conveniently located to grocery stores, the beach, restaurants and downtown.
“Home away from home”
Good location, clean and well kept. Dennis is a very attentive host and takes pride in making sure his guests want to return.
“Great place to stay in Cozumel.”
Clean, comfortable rooms with new furniture. Hot water and great shower. We enjoy socializing with other guests around the saltwater pool. Dennis, the owner, lives on site and is helpful with the ins and outs of the island.
