“Beautiful villa with amazing views!”

Reviewed 28 Jun 2015

A large group of us stayed at Villa Thea for 5 nights and it was fantastic! The staff was very courteous and helpful, the villa location was within a 10 minute walk to Mykonos Town and the views are spectacular. The villa is immaculate, though one of the toilets was not working when we arrived (we had three working toilets, so there was no inconvenience to us). Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone!

“The most beautiful place I've ever been..”

Reviewed 11 Jul 2013

Villa Thea is one of the most beautiful places I've stayed, it really sets the mood for the rest of the lovely Greek island of Mykonos! The villa is well kept, up to date and with everything you need. All the rooms were clean, tidy and with air con for the warmer nights. It's Set in a convenient location, within about 10 minute walk from town (a steep walk uphill on the way back from town!) and within minutes drive from grocery stores and a really reasonable butchers for the BBQ! If anything needed fixing the boys Francis and Bobby (looking after the villa at the time) were at hand to fix it, oh and the handy taxi man who's also a 'plumber' and 'electrician' Gianni would be there to fix anything! The pool is gorgeous and had fantastic sun beds. Although it's shared it never felt like we ever shared it, there were plenty of room for us 6 girls and more! A handy shower, bathroom and great BBQ right by the pool we're more than we expected. There were a great atmosphere too with everyone who stayed, everyone said hello to everyone and were respectable. Our part of the villa, with the 4 bedrooms, had the most magnificent views especially over the top floor porch. Perfect for sunsets in the evening! We rented out quad bikes to get around which we're only 20Euros each day, a cheap get around to see the island! The boys (Francis and Bobby) were a great help with letting us know all the beaches, wheres good to visit and whats good for food. The family of people looking after the property were fantastic, even on a night of a&E; emergency - a cab was booked and we're taken to be seen within the hour! You're guaranteed a fantastic stay at Villa Thea, do it!

“Villa Thea- gem in Mykonos”

Reviewed 26 Jun 2013

Welcome to Villa Thea, a collection of luxury villas overlooking the emerald bay of Mykonos.?I was picked up from the airport and was whisked off to my gorgeous villa. The complex is conveniently located, and easy to get to from anywhere on the wonderful island. The complex consists of 4 unique luxury villas each to suit your taste, no matter which you one choose, you will not be disappointed. Key features include earthy open air showers, spacious patios, generous furnishing and the quintessential blue and white colorings of the aegean. The pool at Villa Thea has got to be one of the most enticing ones on the entire island. ?The friendly staff were always available to assist me and more than eager to make sure I had the most magical stay possible, including organizing tours, taking care of travel and transport needs, recommending the best spots and lastly to join me for a drink at sunset!?The security and privacy provided throughout he entire estate is remarkable. All villas and suites have safe lockers inside and the staff is constantly overlooking the property. Complimentary wifi and great reception throughout the property were also a great plus.?With parking and reception on site, plus access to the best that this effervescent island has to offer, you can put your feet up and just focus on your holiday.?A unique quality of the property is that though the property is quite large, it allows the guest to connect and bond through communal areas but also ensures seclusion and privacy. You can either be among the other guests enjoying drinks by the pool at sunset or be in your private patio, swept away from the rest of the world, the choice is yours. Villa Thea has a lot offer. It is a stones throw to the forever zealous Chora beach in Mykonos town should you crave some nightlife. Or you can just let time overlook you and leave you undisturbed as you relax into the tranquil sunset at any one of the spectacular villas.

Absolutly fantastic this experience in Mykonos! We love that so much!

“Awesome villa and holiday!”

Reviewed 26 Jul 2012

We just came back from a fantastic week long trip to Mykonos, staying at the beautiful Villa Thea. There was a group of 7 of us and Gianni and Maria were both so accommodating and helpful from the beginning to the end. Once we had booked we had so many questions and requests and Gianni was really helpful on all accounts, and upon arrival into Mykonos we were met at the airport for our private transfer from Gianni and taken to the villa which was really beautiful. Maria and Gianni living right next door was so helpful and they were always really friendly and checked up on us each day to see if there was anything they could do. On the first day Gianni drove us around the island to lots of different shops to help us stock up on food and drinks, and gave us lots of great tips on restaurants/bars/beaches/quad bikes - all helping to make our holiday in Mykonos excellent! The villa was cleaned daily, the pool area was great and it was a nice walk down to the Town - though a bit of a steep walk it had beautiful views. Access to the rest of the island was easy either through the town or on our quad bikes so the location was pretty much perfect with gorgeous ocean views from our rooms and private terrace area. We would all definitely recommend Villa Thea and will hopefully be able to return one day! Thanks again to Gianni, Maria and the whole family :)

“A fabulous villa in a great location with great facilities and f”

We were a group of eight guys staying in Mykonos for nine nights. Villa Thea was absolutely perfect for us. A number of reviews have said that it's necessary to have a car, which would be helpful, but we managed without for all but one day of the duration of our stay when we hired quod bikes to explore Mykonos. The villa is well located, up a hill and overlooking the new port. The large veranda offers spectacular views of the sunset every evening, perfect for chilling out after the beach/pool with a glass of wine or a beer. It's a 10-15 minute walk into Mykonos Town down the hill, but you get great views over the town on the way. You can brave the walk back, or just jump in a taxi back for around €8. The villa has three bathrooms with showers, which was perfect for a large group. There are three double bedrooms upstairs and one twin downstairs, each with comfy beds and fresh towels supplied every other day. The kitchen is well equipped and there is ample room to lounge and dine inside and out. Gianni was a fantastic host and was able to advise us on where to visit, eat and drink (don't miss Kiki's Taverna)! He was also able to arrange a discounted boat trip for us to be able to beach hop, helped us with taxis and even took us to the supermarket when we arrived, which was completely unexpected! There is a large pool at the back of the villa which is sheltered from the wind and provides for sun, shade and also a BBQ area. We were lucky to have this to ourselves, but there would be ample room if there were others around, too. Overall, we all loved Villa Thea. I would absolutely recommend this villa for groups of friends and families alike. We will definitely be back to Mykonos and when we do, Villa Thea will be top of our list of accommodation to check.

“Wonderful destination with great value for money!”

Reviewed 29 Jan 2012

Villa Thea is an exceptionally located and well thought out property with all the amenities Mykonos has to offer on it's doorstep. The staff are pleasant and keep a close eye over the running of the property. The villa itself is clean with great proportions and plenty of space for a group wanting to get away for some sun worshiping, partying or a quiet getaway. The views are extraordinary from the property having allowed my guests and myself some amazing sunsets and generally spectacular views all through the day and night! The pool is shared, but more than spacious enough to be so. Overall, my guests and I had a wonderful holiday and Villa Thea comes highly recommended! Bon voyage!

“Amazing vacation with my girls”

Reviewed 17 Oct 2011

This place is amazing, the pictures hardly do it justice! It's huge! There were 5 of us girls traveling together and staying in the villa and it never felt crowded. The views are beautiful and its location is pretty central. We rented a car through Maria and it was very reasonable and easy. I would recommend renting a car because the villa isn't walking distance to much and the roads are so narrow in Mykonos, it isn't that safe to walk! Everyone in our group was so happy with the villa. We relaxed and went to the pool a couple times which is great. Maria and Gianni and all the staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

“An excellent stay!”

Overall we had a fantastic time staying at Villa Thea. We were there for 2 weeks and the overall service was very good. The place was spacious and plenty of living space for all the guest. We didn't want to be in the center of town and the Villa's location was perfect. A 2-3 minute drive straight in Chora. Overall, i would definitely come back and stay there and recommend the Villa to friends and family.

“Ramsay Ritchie”

One weeks stay with friends(8 total) in July. The villa is excellent and beautifully arranged it was big enough for up to 10 people and very spacious. Almost all bedrooms have private external terraces with spectacular views. The villa seemed very secure and private while being part of a larger development so had full service and other amenities, such as a large communal external swimming pool and barbeque area. It is perfect for families with childern and groups of friends alike. A major plus was being walking distance from Mykonos Town.
