Description

A charming newly renovated large studio unit (28sqm), located on the grounds of a large private villa.
Can accommodate up to 2 people and is ideal for a couple / single.

The studio is an air-conditioned large open space double room (with a low partition between the bedroom and living area) and a comfortable shower room.
It has a kitchenette which includes a refrigerator, microwave, Toaster oven, toaster, kettle and all the essential cooking utensils (No gas , no dishwasher).

We provide Sachets of Tea Coffee and sugar for your convenience.

There is a nice sitting area with sofa ,TV satellite and free wireless broadband internet access.

The apartment has a beautiful outside wooden deck patio with a nice table
and chair sitting area which is great chilling out and meal times.

There is free parking on the street.
Also provided is an Iron - Ironing board and Hair Dryer.

The bed will be made up with fresh bed linen, there will be Towels and Beach Towels a nice
selection of toiletries and toilet paper in the bathroom.

We can provide services at Extra cost:
