“Delightful bungalow - doggie paradise”

Reviewed 4 Dec 2013

Bungalow is exceptional value for money it would be very hard to beat.It is spacious and very clean,it is also ideal for anyone who may be disabled. Location and views from every room leave nothing to be desired. The garden is secluded and pet friendly, your dog would love it. There are plenty of places to visit nearby. Kathy, the owner is very friendly and helpful. A visit to this bungalow is a must and is truly recommended. Next years holiday at this bungalow has already been booked.

“Heaven”

Reviewed 12 Sep 2012

If your looking for peace and privacy this Bungalow is for you,the owner Kathy is a lovely lady and very helpful, always at the end of the phone if you may need her, but always gives you total privacy, Kathy's farm house is about 15 minutes walk from the bungalow. The bungalow has a real home from home feel, very very clean & tidy, TV with freeview and play back, wonderfully equipped place with everything you need even a washing machine. wonderful garden! and if you like to watch birds? well its just a dream!!! so many different birds even a family of woodpecker that come into the garden every day to feed (they love peanuts)Sheep, cows and horses are all around this beautiful place. Around 7 miles to aberystwyth town, both, aberaeron and newquay are all with in driving distance. We just love everything about this place, try it once and you will be hooked :))

“A great place to get away from the rat race,so peaceful and quie”

Kathy is so very nice, just like one of the family, feel as if we had known her for years. The bungalow is very spacious, just like home from home.Plenty of places to visit, and the Red Kites are an added bonus, while we were there the only sounds we heard were the sheep,(very sociable)the views from all around the bungalow were out of this world.I have a slight disability but had no problems with the area or the bungalow. So if you like peace and quiet.or like to venture further afield this the place for you,we liked it so much we are going for two weeks next year,Its a little bit of heaven.

“Lovely comfortable bungalow”

...this place is great and we will be staying again in the future. Exceptionally dog-friendly and very welcoming generally, a lovely place to stay. Garden was lovely and there was everything we needed for the week to be comfortable and happy. The host is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Recommended!

“Peaceful location”

Reviewed 21 Jul 2011

We spent a lovely sunny week here at the end of april. The bungalow is warm, homly and comfortable with lambs for neighbors and stunning views of the valley and hills beyond. It's a short walk to the Druids Inn in Goginan which we'd recommend for a meal or two or three! It's also very convenient for visiting students at aberystwyth University, walking and exploring the countryside. Owners very friendly. We have our next stay booked.

Secluded cosy bungalow in magnificent surroundings. Friendly neighbourhood with a great pub.

“Total Bliss”

Reviewed 18 Jun 2011

The house itself was genuinely like a home from home, very comfortable and warm and as people who enjoy cooking we found the facilities in the kitchen to be excellent. Words can't describe the location of Kathy's bungalow, it is totally breathtaking and we were in awe of the views in all directions from the house. So much so I found myself on Rightmove when we got back home with the idea of moving to Goginan!. We had a great week - Kathy so very kindly introduced us to her gorgeous animals which to us as big fans of cattle in particular was absolutely fab. We walked miles and miles in the neighbouring countryside and along the nearby coast and generally had a super holiday and would very much like to return in the future.

“A warm and welcoming sanctuary in a wonderful location.”

Our most recent stay in this gorgeous place confirmed all our expectations. It is beautifully situated and enjoys the added bonus of the owner, who will leave you in complete privacy if you wish - alternatively, she will provide healing or recommendations from her encyclopedic local knowledge - all of which adds up to a restful, restorative and truly inspiring getaway.

We enjoyed our stay enormously. The bungalow is set in an idyllic location away from noisy roads. Views across fields and beyond to the welsh hills. The Bungalow has a warm friendly feel to it, with all you need in order to have a relaxing stay. Well Recommended.
