Sports Illustrated chose Bougainvillea House Villa as their location to shoot the cover photo of the 2016 Swimsuit Edition featuring Ronda Rousey in body paint as their model.

Billionaires, and Hollywood celebrities like Penelope Cruz, Javier Bardem, ronda Rousey, Kyle Richards, Mauricio Umansky, Glenn Close, David James Elliot, Nanci Chambers, Maury Povich, Connie Chung; and others have chosen Bougainvillea House Villa for their relaxed ocean front vacations; because of the beautiful beaches, deluxe services, and uncluttered privacy.

The 'Swimming Pigs Tour' is popular with many of our guests and is managed by local tour operators. It starts at 8:00 am and runs a full day up into the 'Out Islands' and includes Nicolas Cage's Iguana Island, the Pirates of the Caribbean sandbar, the swimming pigs at Staniel Cay, the Shark feeding at Compass Cay, snorkeling at the Thunderball 007 grotto; with a final stop for lunch and refreshments at the Staniel Cay yacht club. The cost is about $175 per person for the day.

As per the lease agreement, the guest agrees that checkout time is 10:00 am, and all dishes, pots, pans, barbecue, and cooking utensils, and barbecue will be clean and put away. Furniture that has been moved, will be returned to its original location. Kayaks, paddle boards, beach umbrellas, beach furniture, and the Hobie Cat sailboat will be returned to their original and safe storage position above the hight tide mark. Failure to comply, will result in the forfeit of the damage deposit.

We apologize for any confusion over the daily $50 additional fee to cover the cost of extra maid service, that you requested, over the Christmas and New Year holiday period. We became concerned when you threatened legal action, twice, the same day that you made your reservation. We do not think that our home would have been a good match for your needs, and that is why we canceled your reservation. Perhaps you will give us an opportunity to meet your needs in the future, without involving lawyers for a reservation that is seven months in the future. Best regards
