Bus stop at your doorstep to visit Valparaiso, UNESCO Heritage Site; beaches, marinas and resorts to the north; vineyards and countryside. This two bedroom apartment is completely furnished, with one double bed, one single bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Very comfortable for up to four persons. Response from the owner El departamento est� en un muy buen estado de limpieza y funcionamiento y yo me preocupo constantemente de que as� sea. Yo personalmente recibo a las visitas y les muestro cada detalle; en esta ocasi�n repas� cada artefacto y equipo con las se�oras, abr� closets, refrigerador, horno, cajones, etc. y les pareci� todo muy satisfactorio, por lo que me pareci� muy raro que dos d�as despu�s encontraran tanta suciedad. Es un edificio antiguo, pero todo est� en perfecto estado y muy limpio. Tambi�n hay art�culos diversos para limpieza, por lo que no hay necesidad de salir a comprar nada. El aviso indica claramente que el estacionamiento es aparte pues muchos prefieren caminar y usar transporte p�blico, y ahorrarse el costo de estacionar. Creo que ven�an con un prejuicio de encontrar algo malo, que siempre se puede encontrar.

How do damage deposits work?
