This house has 8 bedrooms 8 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 22 people also has a pool wi-fi connection sky tv and a bbq area , sea and island views it is on the beach of jabaquara in paraty less than 1 mile from the old town 4 rooms have sea and island views and come with hamocks .

the rooms have a fridge cieling fan , air con , tv , 5 are en suite and 1 has a seperate bathroom , it is a quiet location visited by birds and monkeys it also has a garden and on street parking in front or private parking should you wish , it is a great place to relax and chill out in , The local super market is about 350 yards away and delivers for free and you just have to call them up , so you dont have to go there , could it be easier ? probably not , we are close by to help too , call us for transfers to and from where ever you are located in brazil

Response from the owner Hello to all who may be reading this As this is one of the most malicious reviews ever posted , I think that it warrants an honest response , There are a few subjects that need to be addressed Some of your group came here for a half marathon which is a great thing to do and congratulations on that , really well done , I run myself so I know how hard that would be especially in the searing heat that we had that weekend of around of around 40 degrees . This is how it was DAY1 Upon arrival on the friday I was told that you would all be leaving a day early as some of you had to get the kids to school on monday and others others had to get back to work that was at about 2pm on friday ,we did the usual check in and no one said anything detrimental about the house , in fact you seemed to be quite pleased to be here and we had what I thought was quite a nice chat , then I left I came back to see you in the evening at about 9pm to tell you that we had booked and confirmed a boat for you all at 10.30 am the next day, as you had asked us to, its part of what we do as we live here and know most everyone . It was dark by then all lights were working both in the garden and house and no one said anything about intermittent electricity or anything else , I went home . DAY 2 The next day we got back from a run ourselves at about 10.15 am and I went round to see if everything was ok and was told it was , I was especially conscious of the time as we had booked the boat for your group so we feel a bit responsible for both you (our guests) and the owner of the boat , absolutely no mention of bed bugs even though you were all about to leave the house and were up and had had breakfast and no mention of intermittent electricity either everyone seemed happy . At about 6 .30 pm later that day after the boat trip you came round to pay the remaining 50% that was still due and that is when you told us about the imaginary bed bugs , we were shocked to say the least , we went straight round and even got my 8 year old son to bring a magnifying glass , we found nothing , neither on the mattresses nor on the bed frames nothing at all not around the bed and nothing on in or around sheets pillows or anything else , you asked that we moved the children upstairs and we did make up a double bed as you asked in an upstairs room for them , bare in mind we had a large family staying just a day before who had a group of 18 people and quite well healed with a doctor in the group they did not mention anything about either intermittent electricity or bed bugs for that mater , we have had people stay since and we have people in the room right now as I write and I am confident that they will not find the imaginary bed bugs either , I do believe this to be financially driven malicious review made out of spite because you could not get a discount for leaving a day early , and yes I did ask for the agreed cleaning fee of 200 real as was agreed upon from the start about one month earlier on the 16th of feb to be exact ,and that is why after the second day you suddenly find bed bugs , but still stayed before leaving the next day , you said you had found at least 10 of them , well let me ask you this , where did they all go? and why did you not take any photo,s ? in this day and age everyone has a cellphone with a camera if not mp4 etc etc ? I offered 10 real for every bed bug you could find and how much did I have to pay nothing , if you had 10 of them why did you not get some money back in that way ? If I had really thought we had bed bugs would I have charged you ? no not at all , no cleaning fee and I probably would have given you all the rental money back as well , we are really honest here and are track record shows that , we have reviews on trip advisor as a guest house and together with our flip key reviews it adds up to over 200 reviews all excellent or very good so much so that we are # 5 out of over 211 guests houses in Paraty , and while we are on the subject strange that none of them mention intermittent electricity or bed bugs or may be it is not so strange , I put it to you that this is wrong and that this is make believe and I am afraid I think you may a liar as well as for the price being high for the house , I think not you paid around 25 dollars per person per night , I do believe as do manny manny others backed up by hundreds of reviews that this is a fair price for a very fair service that we offer our guests , we do our best to make sure everyone is happy here , I am sorry but you can not please all the people all of the time especially dishonest reviewers . yours sincerely simon
