Description
Pentwd Uchaf Farmhouse is a self-catering holiday home which sleeps up to 6 people and is rented weekly (Sat to Sat) or minimum of 3 nights at certain times of the year.
Built in 1808, the Georgian farmhouse has a large slate floored kitchen/dining room, a spacious lounge with wood burning stove and open wooden beams. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms also a bathroom with shower.
Fully central heated and double glazed throughout, the recent renovation has retained the traditional character of the house while providing all modern conveniences.
The large open-plan kitchen/dining room is light and comfortable. It is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, electric cooker and microwave.
Visitors can help themselves to eggs from the henhouse and our own wood to fuel the wood burning stove.
Children and pets are welcome - it is an ideal place for family holidays.

“Amazing hosts and lovely house!”
We had a great stay at the farmhouse, it's a great size and has everything you could want. The fact it was on a working farm was the reason we booked and we were not let down by that. Gareth and Pam were such welcoming hosts and checked we were ok whenever we saw them, Gareth gave us a tour of all of his tractors and machines much to the delight of our 2 and 4 year olds. Their faces when they sat in the brand new tractor was lovely to see. We also loved a daily trip to see Sandy pig with our veg peelings, she was the friendliest pig we've ever seen. The location is great, just a short drive to Cardigan and Poppit Sands. There are lots of other beaches too and the wildlife reserve was lovely. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again in the future.

“A very welcoming break”
With 2 small children, we had a very pleasant stay. Pam was extremely kind and showed the children the animals. To their delight they were allowed to hold a hen. The cat was a great favourite too. The farm house was warm and comfortable with everything we needed and sited conveniently for sightseeing and beaches. We would definitely recommend.
