Our 'OceanTen' 2-story, 4BR/4.5BA raised beach house. This nice new vacation rental House has private pool, sleeps 12-16, & 2600 sf (each side - Duplex). Entire house is 8BR/10BA. Eqch side is similar and private. No common doors. 2 Separate pools and 2 private separate back yards! Approx. 2 min. walk or ~500 feet to ocean from house, recently furnished, & sleeps 16. House has a 5000-gallon private pool (~20' x 10' x 5' deep) fenced in back yard, and located in Garden City Beach (Murrells Inlet), SC. New appliances, new beachy decor and new furniture. Approx. 5-min. drive to south Myrtle Beach. House located between Surfside Beach Pier and Garden City Beach pier on Woodland Dr. near beach. You can see ocean from front yard! Upgraded, new appliances, new beachy decor, new beds, new washer / dryer, new decor, full large kitchen, Cabana beside pool! New tvs in every room, outdoor charcoal grill! New free WiFi! New 43-inch smart HDTV in den. 2 HDTVs in 2 bedrooms.
.Nice near ocean 2-story raised beach house, sleeps 12-16 max. on Woodland Dr. Rental house is on 12' stilts, 1 block from ocean, approximately 2-minute walk to beach! You can see ocean from front yard! House is privately owned and within walking distance to the nearby oceanfront Conch Café restaurant. Our rental house has three porches (two in front and one in back), private pool, 4 large bedrooms (2 master suites), 4.5 full baths (3 upstairs and 1.5 downstairs) and sleeps 16 max. Covered 4-car parking garage under house. Hardwood floors in den, dining and kitchen areas. 2600 heated square feet, 2800 total square feet. Lot size is approx. 5550 square feet. Rooms are painted in 'Beachy' Bermuda colors. All furniture, appliances, decor, pool, everything in home is new! Color cable tv in every room. Cabana by pool with 2 picnic tables under back porch, lounge chairs and beachy decor. New Pilot Rock charcoal grill installed in front of house.
Rate includes all: Discount, All taxes, fees, utilities, clean linens and towels, and condo is cleaned before and after your stay!
Renter should be: over age 22, 12-16 people max., no smoking house, pets considered (1-2 small dogs okay). 1-3 families max. Weekly Vacation rentals only from Sat to Sat from April - Sept. Renter accepts our private home As Is. Are any special accommodations for you or your family needed?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stewart (the owner) a message.
If Stewart (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
