House has a 5000-gallon private pool (~20' x 10' x 5' deep) fenced in back yard, and located in Garden City Beach (Murrells Inlet), SC. New appliances, new beachy decor and new furniture. Approx. 5-min. drive to south Myrtle Beach. House located between Surfside Beach Pier and Garden City Beach pier on Woodland Dr. near beach. You can see ocean from front yard! Our rental house has three porches (two in front and one in back), private pool, 4 large bedrooms (2 master suites), 4.5 full baths (3 upstairs and 1.5 downstairs) and sleeps 16 max. Covered 4-car parking garage under house. Hardwood floors in den, dining and kitchen areas. 2600 heated square feet, 2800 total square feet. Lot size is approx. 5550 square feet. Rooms are painted in 'Beachy' Bermuda colors. All furniture, appliances, decor, pool, everything in home is new! Color cable tv in every room. “Another great stay at Ocean's Ten!”

This is our second year of staying at Ocean's Ten. The house is well appointed and kept immaculate by the owner. It is within a one minute walk to the beach and a short drive to all the local attractions. There is plenty of space for all of your family and has a wonderful private pool in the back yard. The owner makes the rental process very easy and provides one flat price for everything including the linens and cleaning. Thanks for sharing your home with us again this year. We hope to make it a third!

Me, my wife, and 4 children had a great time at Stewarts place. The house is beautiful, spacious, and has a great little pool in the back yard, more like a huge hot tub but a great place to wade and hang out. The beach is a half a block away and there's a good restaurant/bar about 2-3 blocks from the house. There is bike and scooter rentals within 2-3 blocks from the house as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice/clean place to stay in. We'll definitely be back.

This beach house is great! Price is great for what you get and it is in a nice family friendly area. The owner is very friendly to work with also. The beach is only a short walk and there are golf cars available to rent to get around in also. I would definitely go back for a family vacation!

My family and I stayed in this new and very spacious beach house in June, 2010. This house has everything you could ask for. Four large bedrooms each having its own private bath. A large open living room/kitchen area that has plenty of seating for your entire party. Beautiful decorator colors and comfortable furnishings. There is plenty of covered parking below the house. In the back yard there is very nice private pool along with several decks on both the front and back of the house. The location is excellent, with an easy 2 minute walk to the beach!! Close to all the attractions of Myrtle Beach, but far enough away to give you some peace and quiet when you need it. Everything from making the reservation to payment to check in and check out is easy with owner Stewart Hines. Stewart is excellent to do business with and makes an effort keep the business side of your vacation as simple as possible. In my opinion you cannot go wrong renting this vacation home or any vacation home from Stewart Hines. His properties are clean, well maintained, comfortable, and provide for an excellent value. We have already made our 2011 reservations with Stewart. Thanks Stewart for sharing your homes with our family.

How do damage deposits work?
