My parents came to visit arizona for a month and I couldn't choose anything better for them. You can literally walk to Paradise Valley Mall and have everything you need. It's really quiet and the sunset looks awesome from the patio. With the upgrades like the new carpet, looks even better. I'm 100% sure I would stay there again if I need it. I would highly recommend this condo!

I have stayed at Gayle's co do twice now. Each time my stay has been great with no problems. The location is close to Paradise Valley Mall and lots of dining options. I would highly recommend the stay!!!

“Quiet, safe and comfortable.”

The condo is comfortable but in need of some upgrades and refresh of furnishings and linens. However, the owner was very responsive in responding to a few items needing immediate attention which we very much appreciated. The common areas are very well maintained including the swimming pools. The proximity to shopping and freeways made travel to other parts of the city a breeze.

“Clean, Comfortable, Spacious Home”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gayle's anasazi Condo! We were able to spread out and make ourselves at home. The whole anasazi condo complex is kept immaculate and the residents and staff are very friendly. Gayle's condo is also immaculate and offers plenty of storage space for a lengthy stay. Appliances are new. Kitchen is completely equipped. The bed is comfy, too, and the bedroom is very large. A unique arrangement allows complete privacy for access to the bathroom from both the master bedroom and the living room - especially great feature if you will be using the sleeper sofa for extra guests -- everyone will enjoy their privacy. The location of this condo in the complex is amazing. It looks out on the golf course and is totally private and extremely quiet. We enjoyed being able to sit on the porch and see the grassy expanse behind us and the pine trees near the building. We were not looking out to see another group of apartments looking back at us. We enjoyed the first floor location for ease in going and coming and because the patio was so private and we could easily walk from the patio and wander around the adjacent grassy area. You will be close to a Target, Ihop, Oregano's (A wonderful restaurant), and the Oink restaurant, and the Paradise Valley Mall plus two expansive retail strip centers. So convenient for getting what you need and having the option of meals out but from the location of this condo in the complex, you would never imagine all of those conveniences are so close. Tatum and Cactus are great streets to move through Phoenix in any direction and you are only blocks away from the 51 expressway. Gayle is a gracious hostess and we will definitely stay here again.

“Outstanding Customer Service”

My husband and I were really looking forward to our month-long stay at this condo. Gayle was very accommodating during the reservation process. However, a month before we were scheduled to arrive at this location, there were health issues that came up that prevented us from making the trip. We contacted Gayle immediately, and she offered to immediately seek replacement renters for the weeks we had booked. She promised to refund as much of our deposit as possible. A few weeks later, Gayle contacted us to let us know the status - and then a few days later, she sent us a very fair refund of our deposit. There was nothing in the contract that required that she refund our deposit, but she did it anyway. You cannot get better customer service than that!
