Located in the quiet Meitetsu forest, just 800 meters for the Hakuba 47 ski lifts, Hakuba CreekHouse is one of the largest self-contained ski homes available in the Hakuba Valley, with over 3,000 SqFt of living space.

Whether visiting us for the Winter Season, and the excitement of having the snow at your

doorstep, or for the cool refreshing Summer Season, Hakuba Creek House comfortably

sleeps up to 10 people.

The house has everything you need, for a cozy winter evening in front of the log burning

stove watching a movie, or a summer evening BBQ out by the charming creek.

The Hakuba 47 Resort, linked to Goryu Resort, is a short shuttle bus ride up the hill, or an

easy walk for the more energetic.

Whilst Creekhouse is one of the closest rental accommodations to the 47 Resort, we do

recommend guests hire a car if you want to get out every night. It is perfectly ok getting around Hakuba by bus and taxi, but having a car in Hakuba for longer stays is ideal and allows you to access all 10 resorts at your convenience, and lets you to drive to different onsen’s and restaurants each night. Creekhouse is suited to large family groups who will enjoy being close to the slopes, and happy to eat at home and relax in the evenings.

Hakuba 47 is famous for it’s mix of challenging runs, and has a large beginner’s area at the top of the mountain offering amazing views, also you’ll find the valley’s largest terrain park, where you can watch some of Japan’s best in action...or have a go yourself!

Hakuba Creekhouse is managed by Hakuba based Black Bear Properties, with fully bilingual staff to help you with your every need, ....just a phone call away.

Response from the manager Whilst we appreciate the Pros...I think we have to respond to some of the Cons... If you are visiting a ski area, I don't think it is unreasonable to expect to clear around your own car every day...if there is a heavy snowfall we have the snow cleared, but for 10 or 20cm per day, we do expect you to do that yourself...shovels are provided! We do advise all our guests that a car is recommended... As for the food comment...what we leave for the the next guests are condiments..salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil etc.....some coffee or tea. Most guests appreciate it..and it is up to you.. to use these or buy your own..but, after this comment we will probably start to throw everything away! I think the bottom line is...if you read all the reviews...most guests staying in Creek House are very happy and comfortable with the overall cleanliness and the house in general...the toaster is not brand new, but the house is not dirty.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
