Description

Casa Lucia is a light and airy apartment with private south facing terrace and wonderful panoramic sea views. The kitchen area of Casa Lucia is well equipped with electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, electric juicer and sufficient crockery, cutlery and utensils including a teapot.

There is a restaurant guide, selection of paperback books, maps and information leaflets. We usually have some fresh fruit and veg available from our garden. For the hot summer nights we have Air Conditioning and for the cooler winter months a wood burning stove. With 24 hour wifi access and a Roberts Internet Radio you have access to radio stations around the world. If you are from the UK you can keep up with daily goings on in Ambridge. Via your Spotify premium account or aux in socket for your iPod/iPad etc you can also listen to your own music.

Casa Lucia is set in an ideal location for the peace and quiet of Spanish country life and yet the nearest shop and restaurant is only a short walk away. The large sunny terrace is a perfect place to relax in the sunshine and get away from it all. Enjoy fresh bread for breakfast, walk to the local restaurants in the evening to sample traditional Canarian cooking and excellent local wines. There is a separate outdoor covered seating area with BBQ, sink and food preparation area. So now you can enjoy the sea view with a glass of wine whilst cooking that juicy steak over a hot coal fire. Casa Lucia sits on a large plot, with palms, citrus trees and productive vegetable patch.

A car is recommended to get the most from the island. If you prefer not to drive we can pre book a taxi to and from the airport. You will find the local bus service to be reliable.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Hazel & Rob (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
