Our homely and welcoming, well equipped triplex villa, is located in the quiet coastal village of Turunc on the Aegean coast of Turkey and the property itself is a 7/8 minute stroll from the resorts blue flag beach.
With a stunning, quiet mountain backdrop, the property offers spacious well presented and calming accommodation, yet is only an easy stroll from the resorts main street and numerous restaurants.
The ground floor consists of a spacious, open planned living room and kitchen which has all the facilities needed for an enjoyable stay. This floor also has a toilet and wash room. The first floor has 2 spacious bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), as well as a bathroom complete with shower. On the second floor there is a large bedroom complete with 3 single beds and this floor also has a bathroom complete with shower.
All rooms have air conditioning units and spacious balconies and the property is suited for quiet family style or couple holidays.
The large swimming pool in the development is oval shaped and is a very enjoyable way to cool off if you decide to spend the day relaxing at the property which gets the much sought after summer sun all day from 9am until 6pm.

“beautiful villa and wonderful village”
My family have been renting Grahams villa now for the last 4 years , but have actually stayed in Turunc for the 15 years Graham has made our stay very wellcoming and as usual we never want to go home… More
