The house is located only 20m from the sea. This is the spot for lovers of Mediterranean Sea and tranquility. The access to the sea is very easy from the house and submarine flora and fauna are outstanding. The house benefits from 180 degree panoramic views to the sea, the coast and to a natural protected area, with no single house or construction.

The sandy beach of Arenal d'en Castell and amenities of the village are 5 minute walk from the house.

The house is ideal for up to 2 families willing to share holidays while keeping enough intimacy, and those appreciating tranquility, snorkeling, diving, fishing and nature in general.

The house is made of 2 adjacent houses (left and right) connected through external terraces and an internal patio giving access access to an upper terrace. The left house (A) has 3 double bedrooms with panoramic sea views and 3 bathrooms and the right house (B) has 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom. The house with a total of 5 double bedrooms is offered as a single unit.

The dining-living room of each house has panoramic sea views with direct access to the terrace, the swimming pool and the garden through large French door-windows.

For parties of up to 4 people, only House A is rented and House B remains unoccupied to preserve the intimacy of the guests.

Response from the owner Gracias Esther por tus comentarios. Con las hormigas, se necesita saber por donde vienen y poner un poco de Zum o producto equivalente. Para mi tienen una ventaja, es que te obligan a limpiar bien la casa y no dejar suciedades de comida por el suelo...Es una plaga en toda Menorca pero se puede convivir siguiendo estos consejos. Lo de las abispas, lo bueno es que no son malas. Tenemos muchas en la casa que utilizamos en Menorca y nunca nos han picado. Hay que reconocer que son muy importantes para el medio ambiente. Hago el deseo que podais volver a Menorca y a nuestra casa (Ficula Vell).
