“Awesome views and cabin”
Great mountain views. Loved the well stocked clean cabin. Enjoyed the peaceful porches with swing and rockers. Great mountain get away.
“Scenic and Serene”
This cabin was awesome from the amenities to the surrounding views and nearby attractions. Don't miss it. It is a total treasure. My daughters and I loved it. Thanks
“Totally satisfied! Not disappointed!!”
Loved this place! We have stayed in three different homes in Blue Ridge in the last 12 months and by far this is my favorite. Best moments: watching the hummingbirds at their feeders while sipping ice cold tea under the gazebo, soaking in the sunset view of the mountains from the porch swing and relaxing in the awesome hot tub after a two hour horseback trail ride with the hubby and kiddos. The owners have equipped this cabin with others in mind. No cost cutting going on. Good solid furniture, well decorated, quality appliances and clean crisp linens along with plush bath towels. I hate renting a place and finding that the owner has put low quality cheap stuff throughout. Everything here is top notch! You will not be disappointed! We did Adventure Trail Rides, Ocoee Whitewater rafting and swimming at the Blue Hole (Ocoee Whitewater Center). Amazing end to our summer break! Thanks for sharing your home. We will be back!
“A welcome retreat and escape.”
We've been coming to the Blue Ridge area to vacation and escape the rat race for several years. When we found MasterPeace...we found the ultimate getaway and luxury experience. From the moment you pull into the driveway, a gorgeous layered mountain view surrounds you. We loved the scenery and the peaceful setting best enjoyed from one of the many comfortable chairs or rockers out on the wrap around decks and gazebo. The home is perfectly decorated and well equipped for your every need. The furnishings were warm and inviting. With 3 Master Suites and quality construction, this home is perfect for couples or an active family. There are plenty of activities indoors and out. We loved roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. The owners are wonderful to work with and areyruly interested in making your visit a wonderful experience. Our group hated to leave this peaceful retreat. We have already planned two more trips for later in the year. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
“Absolutely in love with this cabin! Five star experience!”
I wish I had the time to have stayed at this cabin longer. It was absolutely beautiful inside and out! It looks exactly like the pictures, but better. The views are especially amazing in the morning. I'm starting a new job soon, so I really wanted to spend time away from the city and relax. This was the perfect place. That being said, it's still only about 20 minutes away from downtown Blue Ridge. My sisters were easily able to sight see around the town and see the scenic railroad. There is also an Ingles very nearby to pick up any items you may have forgotten or if you want to cook. We cooked in the cabin for the most of our trip and made use of the grill outside. There was plenty of gas already available, and plenty of different places to sit down and enjoy our meals. The kitchen was also fully stocked with everything we needed, including seasonings. I really loved that each room had it's own bathroom, which would work great if there were multiple couples staying in the cabin together. The bathroom upstairs is the best (but they are all nice!!), so make sure to pick that one out first if you're going with a group! It has a jetted tub. ;) We were also able to control the temperature in the cabin both upstairs and downstairs. This was really helpful as one of the people in my group gets cold easily at night and needed the temperature to be a little warmer than what I liked. The couches were very comfortable, and everything was clean upon arriving. The hot tub was large and very nice to relax in at the end of the day. I really have no complaints! As far as the owners go, they were more than accommodating. They kept in touch with me each step of the way from reserving the property to making sure I had everything during check in and out. I can't wait to revisit the MasterPeace!
“Annual Tradition for a Relaxing Moms' Weekend away”
First, it's as lovely as the pictures make it seem. Every year since 2010, a group of my girlfriends and I have chosen a winter weekend to visit Masterpeace as our annual moms' getaway. We bring nothing more than pajamas, food, good books and movies. We sleep in. We eat. We rest and chat. We repeat. There is plenty to see and do in the area; we just choose not to do any of it. We love Masterpeace for the quiet, the views and the amenities. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped. The dining table is large enough for us all to gather around without feeling cramped. The porches, gazebo and rocking chairs provide a great place for sipping morning coffee or afternoon tea while doing nothing more than looking at the mountains. The lower-level room has a pool table and very comfortable couches for watching a movie. The main living space has a beautiful fireplace right next to the TV, so you don't have to sacrifice watching one for the other. It's immaculate and kept in beautiful condition. The owners are helpful and very responsive to answer any questions. They are easy to work with and always willing to help in any way they can. For four days every year, we gather for a weekend of nothingness, and every year, we leave looking forward to the next. I couldn't recommend this place more.
This was our second visit to MasterPeace. Enjoyed every moment of it. The firepit is quite a few steps down but we survived and had a couple of nice fires. We couldn't figure out how to get a DVD movie to play on TV in living room but we watched it downstairs with a nice cozy fire. Loved shopping in Dtwn Blue Ridge. To be honest, the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway was not what we expected, but you don't know until you try it. We had a wonderful time and we will return again.
Every October my family gets all together. This cabin was chosen from all the others due to three bedrooms with their own bath on their own floor. Each could have their own private space but gather together for meals and movie time. We loved the little town and everyone in Ga are so nice. The Mercers apple orchards a must along with the amish store for wonderful bean and ham soup and deli cheeses you don't get at our stores. The owners couldn't have been more helpful we planned our trip a year ago and they guided us through our plans all the way. They are a number One host to their lovely home. You need nothing they have thought of everything. My son and wife had their second cabin for a honeymoon as for that said we saw them twice the week their they are already making plans to return as we are also.
“Great view, location & property”
We stayed at the Karram's cabin for 10 days... The place is lovely & very cozy/home like atmosphere. The view is spectacular as well. We hiked all up & down trial easy to get to off of aska Rd which is not far from the cabin. Also drove about an hour to go to the Tale of the Dragons - Cherohala Skyway. You are only about an hour ride to Tellico Plains which is where we started... Shopped downtown Blue Ridge, ate at Poole's BBQ - worth the half hour drive back to Ellijay area in my opinion - rented a boat on Lake Blue Ridge- water was clear enough to swim in as well. My husband chartered on of the best guides around & fly fished for a day as well while I shopped the town. Extremely quiet as night & mornings while we were there which I was very surprised. A lot of things to do that are all within 30-1hour drive so it was not necessary for us to drive to Chattanooga or Gatlinburg like we had initially planned. We did have to log into our office to do some work but the Wifi flies there & you do not have to be worried about having issues with connection if you need to connect. First time we had been to the area. We loved the area so much that we would consider buying out that way. We would definitely recommend this cabin & we will be back again. Next time we may try the other 2 bedroom suite they have. It can be a bit tricky to find if you use your GPS so follow the directions he will give you:)) --Take the paved way in & out with no hassle.:) Also, when we first got in, we visited the Fannin County Chamber of Commerce to grab a little more information & a few maps. The lady we spoke to also highly recommended these owners & had very great things to say. Very enjoyable time!!
“Stunning Views is right”
But the cabin itself is beautiful and better than this web site shows, very clean and well decorated. The location is close to the town of Blue Ridge and easy to find. My husband and I brought my 78 year old mother with us and she said she had the best vacation ever since the passing of my dad. We can't wait until we can come back!!
