“An amazing apartment with perfect location”

Reviewed 25 Mar 2014

couldn't have asked for anything more in an apartment. The apartment itself was amazing!!Absolutely clean with just top notch amenities. The beds were super comfortable and the apartment had all of the luxuries necessary to make one feel like they were at home instead of at a rental apartment. If I were shopping for a place to live, I could easily imagine renting this apartment long term. The location was also perfect and was close to everything. The neighborhood was safe and quaint. Additionally, the information and support that the greeter offered was also top notch. All of the information about Paris and the apartment was easily accesible and the support staff were helpful, friendly and warm. I will definately come back if I am ever in Paris again!

“The only way to visit Paris”

Reviewed 16 Sep 2012

Our visit was a trip for our daughter's sixtenth birthday and we decided to try something different and rent an apartment. This property had everything we were looking for. It is in a beautiful residential community with great access to both the Metro and the RER, great patisserie shops, wine shop, and all sorts of tasty restaurants within walking distance. There was both a small grocery store and a larger food market nearby where we were able to get everything we wanted to prepare breakfast in the well appointed kitchen and eat in each morning. And despite there being few tourists in the area (something we really liked) all of the shopkeepers and restaurant staffs were very patient with our poor French and very helpful in figuring out what we wanted. The apartment was on the second floor and had access both by stairs and an elevator (which we only used to take our luggage up and down). The living space was large and comfortable. Everything we needed was considered - high-speed internet, free calls to the us, cable tv (although remember that the majorty of stations are not in English - but you aren't in France to watch TV). The bedrooms were also large and comfortable. The bedding was very nice and the beds were so comfortable we wanted to take them home. The terraces were lovely and great for enjoying a nice day. The kitchen had an american refrig/freezer which is uncommon and having a washer and dryer allowed us to pack less. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe and the apartment building had extensive security - both to get into the building as well as into the apartment, so anyone not comfortable traveling should feel very secure in this apartment. We also took advantage of the transportation to and from the airport organized by the owner's agent which was excellent. All-in-all, this experience has convinced us to never again stay in a boring hotel. We'll go for the local charm of an apartment and would highly recommend this one.

“Better than expected!”

Reviewed 15 Apr 2011

It is frightening to view only pictures and communicate online- is it legit? how safe? how reliable? Our friend ran the Paris marathon, it was important that everything went well so he could have a good experience. The apartment was exactly what we expected. Great neighborhood, proximity to RER/Metro made travel easy. Fantastic neighborhood for moderate to upscale retail shopping, lovely pedestrian street nearby with all the essential stores and shops. Our best trip ever taken hands down.

“Better than Home away from Home”

Reviewed 15 Apr 2011

This apartment is better than it looks online. The master bath is huge, and it has two huge terraces (only one is furnished) which we used every day. Our Parisian friends were very impressed and told us a terrace like that is a true luxury in Paris. Don't let the location dissuade you. The 16th is a lovely neighborhood with plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. The apartment is right next to an RER and metro stop so it is extremely easy to get anywhere in Paris. There are minor things that could enhance the place--having a place to put toiletteries in the second shower, and having a towel ring in the toilette in the hallway, but these were just small details that didn't detract from our stay. The kitchen is fantastic, with anything and everything you need. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, and everything was very well kept and clean. I would highly recommend this apartment.

“Wonderful Christmas stay at Passy during Christmas 2010.”

Reviewed 30 Jan 2011

Passy was in a quiet location near Rer-c and La Muette-9. The apartment was convenient to an open market, amazing pastiserrie, wine store, and boutiques. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms modern, beautiful well appointed kitchen, living area comfortable (but needed better lighting). There is only one good shower; the second bath has only a massive tub.Electronics only take European Dvds and Wii-Euro. Local restaurants are adequate but pricey. The apartment needs better selection of basic cooking supplies (oil, flour, sugar, etc.), local area map with food shopping locations and restaurant suggestions. Laundry in the apartment worked terrific.

“Beyond Our Expectation!”

Reviewed 2 Oct 2010

My husband and I along with our 20 year old daughter stay at Passy Vignes for 7 days and we were pinching ourselves every single day. The home was large, beautifully decorated, extremely clean and in a wonderful neighborhood. We had great local markets to shop at as well as boutiques and the Metro was just a few blocks away. It was such a treat to come home at the end of our day to such a luxurious home. I would not think twice about staying there again!
