Description

Situated in a lovely gated community close to all amenities (walk to the village, Walmart and numerous restaurants). The community has 24/7 security, quiet cobbled streets and two spacious (residents only) parks which include adult and children pools, a tennis court, basketball, and soccer fields (we provide the racquets and balls). The house is a one-level bungalow with a spacious front porch, master bedroom with "his" and "her" en suite bathrooms, 2 large guest bedrooms with beautifully tiled en suite bathrooms (one has 2 Queen beds, the other a King. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen indoors with granite counters, a lovely dining room with handcrafted furniture, an outdoor secluded patio with tiled eat-in kitchen, and sitting area surrounded by flowers as well as a fountain. The office is equipped with WI-FI which is accessible throughout the house .There is also a fully equipped utility room which includes a washer and dryer. Cable, internet and telephone included as well as housekeeping services once a week and gardener three times a week. The house is fully equipped with kitchen supplies, china, linen, towels and cutlery.

Buses to Chapala and from there to Guadalajara stop right outside the community's gate. Guadalajara airport is 45 minutes away. Excellent taxi services are present in the community. If you use your own car the parking is private and secure with convenient gas stations within a few yards.

There are, for example, spectacular pedestrian boulevards in Talpacque and Guadalajara with museums, art galleries, entertainers, and shopping.
