It is in a compound with 3 villas with shared pool.
This is a perfect location in Davao City, near malls, hotels, restaurants, hospital, airport ( 10 minutes).
Just outside the village are popular restaurants like Jollibee, Penongs Grill Restaurant, supermarkets, Mercury Drugstore. It is very convenient, one can take a taxi in Davao as it is safe. Taxi to the next mall is $ 1.50. The maids can call the taxi for you.
Nearest beach is Paradise Resort, just 30 minutes away with the boat ( to cross is 8 minutes).

The villa comprises of 3 private terraces, leading from the living room and upstairs leading from Guest bedroom with magnificent view of the pool and pocket garden surroundings. Outdoor terrace is completely private to the villa and comfortably seats 8.

We adhere to peace and tranquility of our place, we are strict on paying, sleeping guests count. Only guests are allowed to use the facilities. We maintain the quietness and cleanliness of our property.
For cancellations, made in writing, between 4-6 weeks prior to the arrival date - the deposit will be non-refundable. We will make every effort to re-book the property and, if successful, will refund the balance of the Holiday Rental costs. If we are unable to re-book the property, no refund will be given.
GUESTS OBLIGATIONS IN RESPECT TO THE PROPERTY
The guest shall be responsible for the property during their stay. The guest shall take reasonable care of the property and shall leave the property, including all utensils, fixtures, fittings and equipment on, in or about the property in a clean and tidy condition, at the end of the stay.
The guest shall be liable for any breakages or damage caused to the property or any part thereof or any of the chattels therein that may occur during the guest's occupation of the property and all costs of repair and replacement thereof shall be payable from the guests bond at the end of the stay.
Any damage or breakage to any part of the property or any of the chattels therein shall be reported to Admin as soon as practicable after the damage occurring thereto.
NO OF GUESTS
The property can only be occupied by the number of persons stated in the booking confirmation or as subsequently agreed with the managers. The admin reserve the right to refuse occupancy of the property if this condition is not observed.
