Welcome to our luxurious Condo at

Kanai A Nalu Maalaea, Ocean & Beachfront newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Condo. This lovely unit is situated on famous “Sugar Beach”, a beautiful and quiet white sands beach that stretches for miles—all the way to Kihei. From the lanai, enjoy the sound of the surf, as well as 180-degree spectacular, breathtaking views of Maui’s south coast. You can also enjoy views from the kitchen and second bedroom of the mountains and sugarcane fields. In the morning, watch the sunrise dancing off the peak on Haleakala, one of Hawaii's oldest volcanoes. Each winter you can witness the seasonal migration patterns of the humpback whales from the lanai.

This relaxing newly remodeled, air-conditioned unit also has cooling ceiling fans throughout and plantation shutters. There is Wireless Internet, Cable TV’s, with netflex, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a phone with free local calls. The condo is fully stocked with linens and towels, including Beach towels. Free parking is provided, just steps away.

You will like the spacious, fully furnished bedrooms, one with a comfy King Size bed and the other with a Queen Size bed and their own bathrooms. Enjoy an absolutely stunning view of the endless sparkling ocean from the master bedroom, dining room and living room. Both bathrooms have beautiful décor. Both bathrooms have tiled step in showers.

Enjoy the updated, full size kitchen. It is complete with all appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, full size washer and dryer, all cookware and all the utensils needed to cook a wonderful meal. It is only a ten-minute drive to a large grocery store in nearby Kihei or Wailuku. If you want to dine out, there are several excellent restaurants with both ocean and harbor views that are located within a few minutes walk, just down the street.

Our building is located on a tranquil and peaceful dead end street. Swaying palms, lush tropical gardens, BBQ’s and a pool complement the grounds. When it’s time to cool off, enjoy your favorite drink by the pool or take a snorkeling adventure with sea turtles in the warm waters in front of this lovely vacation property.

The condo is only a 12-minute drive from the airport. Best of all, Maalaea is centrally located between the towns of Lahaina and Wailea, and is only 20-30 minutes away from Makena, Kapalua, and Kaanapali. This affords you the endless recreation Hawaii is legendary for, but with the quiet serenity only the small village of Maalaea can bring you. It is no wonder why many consider Maalaea, Hawaii's 'Best Kept Secret.'

Nearby Attractions:

Right up the street from the condo is Maalaea village. The village includes the popular Maalaea Harbor. At the harbor you can take a snorkeling, sunset or dinner cruse. Next to the Harbor is the renowned Maui Ocean Center, Maui's #1 tourist attraction. It is a top rated aquarium that everyone will enjoy. Next to the aquarium are the charming Harbor Shops, shopping center. It features some wonderful stores, a very good ice cream parlor, and several 5 star restaurants. Beach Bums is right there at the harbor with ocean views along with other restaurants . At the entrance to Maalaea are a water sports park and two miniature golf courses that the entire family will enjoy.

There is a bus line that runs in the area however I recommend having a car.

We are the owners, living in California. We have a property manager very nearby on Maui. If you need anything you can contact us, or the property manager is always more than willing to assist you while staying in our condo. Experience all Maui has to offer or just relax at our home away from home. A visit to Maui is truly good for the soul. We hope you, too, will be filled with the Aloha spirit.
