Whether you are planning to visit Mossel Bay, the world-renowned Garden Route or you are planning to play golf, look no further.

This luxury apartment (4 stars graded by The Tourism Grading Council of S.A.) is situated on the upmarket Mossel Bay Golf Estate and Nature Reserve with 24 hours security. The estate is located in the central residential area of the town. All the major attractions, beaches, shopping areas, beaches and the N2 Highway are within easy reach.

If you view the photo of the establishment in the photo gallery, the apartment is the whole top storey of the building and is very private and secure. The apartment is next to the green of the first hole of the Mossel Bay Golf course, within walking distance from the clubhouse.

Guests will enjoy the magnificent views of the Indian Ocean and the Outeniqua Mountains from all the rooms and the spacious balcony area, furnished for outdoor living, relaxing in the sun. Guests can relax in this tranquil environment and will enjoy watching the ever-present wildlife roaming on the estate - many bird species, guinea fowl and small game (springbuck).

ACCOMMODATION

Fairways is a stylishly furnished self-catering apartment. It is sunny and bright, especially during the winter season, is fully equipped and everything is of superior quality.

Fairways can sleep 4 guests in two luxury en-suite bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and the other one twin beds. On request, both can have king or twin beds. Luxury linen and towels are supplied. Both have sliding doors leading onto the spacious balcony

The open-plan living room has a furnished lounge area with television (premium bouquet DSTV channels). It has a dining area for 4 guests and a modern equipped kitchenette. Free Wifi and complimentary tea, coffee etc are available.

Safe off-street parking is available. It is safe to take long walks and from the estate, It is possible to join up with a walking trail from The Point to Dana Bay.

BASE RATE (FOR 2 GUESTS IN THE APARTMENT)

75$ per day for the apartment (for 2 guests). Additional guests pay 20$ per person per day extra.

PEAK SEASON RATE: From 10 December to 10 January -- 135$ per day for the apartment (for 2 to 4 guests), MINUMUM STAY 4 DAYS.

Mossel Bay

Mossel Bay has the second most moderate climate in the world and has lovely white sandy beaches.

Even during the winter, most days are sunny with moderate temperatures.

The town offers many tourist attractions. Drive along the whale route during winter months to watch the giant mammals of the sea. Visit numerous game lodges for game drives. Visit the many museums and the famous Post Office Tree complex where the navigators left post under this giant tree.

Visit many diverse art and craft shops, enjoy outdoor activities like scuba diving, shark cage viewing, trips to Seal Island.
