Very pacefull 2 bedroom apartment, Located in a portion of Toscany Country Villa,near to Cortona, in the middle of Toscana's country. Close to main railways station (5km),and to main highway (3Km), it is a wondrfull place where you can stay if you have planned to visit Toscana: Firenze (1 hour far by car), Siena (30 min far by car), Arezzo (15 min far by car), and Umbria: Perugia (30 min. far by car). Roma is 1,30 hour by train, Pisa 2 hours by car. The studio flat is excellent for 2 people, but 3 people can sleep without any problems(2 in double bed, 1 in sofa bed).Bathroom has shower and washing machine.

How do damage deposits work?
