Beautiful sunset terrace, panoramic views of Rovinj and the sea, and all the modern comforts in a stylish new 4* apartment. Welcome!

Located in a new building designed by a leading Croatian architect Marijan Hrzic and finished in 2010, this apartment is ideal for travelers looking for a modern place to call home in beautiful Rovinj.

This sunny penthouse comfortably sleeps up to 4 people (1 BDR and sleeper sofa in living room), offers lots of privacy, all modern comforts, and a reserved parking garage. It is located in a quiet residential area 10-15 walk from the old town and Rovinj's favorite beaches.

Our prices range from 70 to 130 EUR/night, including all taxes and fees.

If Ivana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
