As our availability is ever changing during our season, please inquire about availability before booking as we can’t guarantee all bookings will be fulfilled if you don’t message us.We are located in the heart of Weirs Beach overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire's picturesque Lakes Region. We are just a mere 350' away from the beach, the boardwalk and the Weirs Beach attractions and feature spectacular views of the lake and mountains.You will find historic Inn and eleven cottages comfy and unpretentious, with all the conveniences of home. Whether it is our sparkling pool, inviting wraparound porch, or just the scenic views, you will relax, unwind and feel cozy here. This cottage has a bedroom with a queen bed, bedroom with a double bed, living room/kitchenette combo with a futon, bath with shower, deck with great views of the lake. Just steps from the pool. Dine out on your deck, take in the views and be surrounded by beautiful gardens! Smoking is allowed only outside; no pets.

How do damage deposits work?

If Steve (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
