This Craftsman style home (built circa 1910) is the perfect place to enjoy a private, romantic holiday. Or, bring the kids for a fun-filled (and educational) vacation. The rich history of the glorious mining days and the Old Oregon Trail is very much alive in Baker City. Visit ghost towns, see the actual wagon ruts from the gold rush days and watch daily programs demonstrating what it was like traveling West in a covered wagon at the Old Oregon Trail Interpretive Center (6 miles).

This vacation home has been lovingly updated with all the modern conveniences and is very clean and comfortable. Enjoy dining (or just relaxing) on your private, partially covered deck. Bring your pole and fish in the Powder River, less than 1/2 block away. Let your cares drift away with the water as you stroll along the river on the newly opened Leo Adler Memorial Parkway. This is a wonderful paved walking trail accessed just a few houses down. It follows the Powder River and provides a unique and relaxing route to the library, park, museum or sports complex across town.
