Hidden in the friendly neighborhood of Punto de Oro, this quiet villa offers a great porch and patio for those family BBQ's. While houses are fairly close on one side of the property, large privacy walls keep the house relatively secluded. Two of three bedrooms have super comfortable king beds, with the third room containing 2 twin beds for the kids or young adults. The area is just a few miles away from Eagle Beach and High Rise areas. Walking distance from the aloe fields in Aruba. FREE INTERNET AND WI-FI. All guests leave happy. Bon Bini.

All the advantages of home while on vacation. Everything was clean and orderly. The pictorial directions directly from the airport were very helpful.

This property was amazing and an incredible value!! The owner James made the reservation and the administrative items effortless. When our travel plans changed last minute he was very accommodating. The housekeeper Martha lives directly across the street - just an awesome person. She is helpful, checking on us often but never in an intrusive way. She had a knack for helping us to feel comfortable and secure in a neighborhood that was foreign to us. Next time it will not be foreign to us - we will certainly return!! Now for the house - 3 BR, 2 bath, home with everything a vacationer could possibly want. Fully furnished kitchen, DVD player, movie selection, lawn chairs, coolers, gas grill, plenty of extra towels, golf clubs, fishing gear,washing machine, nice carport, and so on and so on. We spent the days out snorkeling, sight seeing or off roading on the north side of the island but we would still look forward to returning to "our" welcoming and comfortable home. I thought the location was excellent - 5-10 minutes away from the major hotels,restaurants and beaches.

Our stay in aruba was wonderful.The weather was great and the beaches awesome! The house was very comfortable and we felt at home. It had everything we needed. It was in a great location that was close to the supermarkets, beach, downtown and hotel areas. Marta, the neighbor across the street was very nice and helpful in answering all our questions. One of the things we really appreciated was the use of the cell phone. We just had to buy a card for it at the gas station. The washing machine, hair dryer, iron and completely stocked kitchen were also great. We would definitely recommend staying here. It was so much better than staying at a hotel or guesthouse. Thank You James for all your help. The entire rental process went smoothly. The directions from the airport to the house were fantastic :)

Such a beautiful place to stay! The house was very clean, cozy and inviting the owners do a great job at keeping everything tip-top and were very accommodating to our needs. I would definitely go back there!!

The central location makes it very convenient to get anywhere on the island easily--the beach, downtown, the high rise area, or even a trip to the north side. There is even a small market within walking distance. We were able to sleep 7 adults comfortably and the fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill allowed us to eat in often. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio. We ate, played games and enjoyed morning coffee as we enjoyed the beautiful weather. The covered carport was perfect to escape the sun or wait out an occasional rain shower. The owner is easy to contact and will answer any questions you have prior to booking your stay. Also, the housekeeper lives just across the street and was quick with a smile, a restaurant recommendation, or directions whenever you approached her. In all, this is a great property on a great island. The accommodations were perfect, the weather is fabulous and aruba is so welcoming!

Staying here is like having your own apartment. Having a fully furnished house is much nicer than a hotel room. Sleeping on real beds is fantastic. Yes, you are off the beach and need to rent a car but, you are less than 10 minutes from the beach, Oranjested, and the high rises. You will see much more of the island this way instead of being stuck in one area. Plus, you can cook your own breakfast. Much more relaxing than being in a hotel.

Excellent service The house has everything you could need The complex is very nice, I think it is necessary to rent a car for better convenience. Mr James and Mrs Martha always willing to help. We stayed in the house in the beginning of may and we all loved it. We brought our two year old with and she had a ball running around the outside and we weren't worried because of the gate. Everything you need is in the house and if you need any info you can go across the street and talk to the housekeeper. She was wonderful:)

I highly recommend this beautiful home! We stayed for 11 days, its in a lovely local neighborhood. near enough to the beach and far enough away from tourists. The house was everything and more than we expected,clean, well kept, everything you could possibly need, we felt like it was our home and were sad to leave. The owners were incredibly helpful and friendly and replied in a timely manner and we received the deposit back quickly. This was our first time to aruba and this house was one of the reasons we will be returning to the happy island. :)
