Description

Welcome to our spacious first floor balcony apartment in the heart of the city of Brighton. Situated by the famous Palace Pier and beach, this is the ideal location for your holiday.

Situated just a stones throw from the sea and other attractions such as the Brighton Lanes, North Laine and the Sea Life Centre, the apartment has great views over Steine Gardens and towards the Royal Pavilion.

Conveniently located on the Old Steine, you will be near all the main attractions without need for taxis. Brighton mainline station is just 10 minutes on foot or a short taxi ride (costing around six pounds).

This is a quiet building - no rowdy groups please. Please note that we cannot accept any under 21's unless are children with parents. Children and babies welcome - we have travel cots and high chairs if needed.

* NO ROWDY GROUPS – our neighbours are our friends and it must stay that way

“Amazing!!!”

We had such a great weekend in Brighton at this stunning apartment. I can’t recommend highly enough and Josephina was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had which weren’t many as she provided us with everything we needed to know. The decor throughout the place is beautifully done to a very high standard and all facilities were top notch. The beds were all so comfortable too (even the sofa bed in the lounge). The location is perfect for very short walk to the beach and shops. A wonderful place and wonderful host!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Josephina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
