“Not what it says on the box”

we had a variety of problems with our apartment. The bedding arrangements were not as requested, and when we asked to get the extra bed as booked, it wasn't until the third day of a week-long stay that a blow up mattress was provided, which then turned out to have a leak! The extra bed linen was damp in a plastic bag, and so we washed it before putting it on the bed. There were large stains on the carpet in the second bedroom despite the fierce rhetoric about cleaning up to get your security bond back. Various lights did not work, including 3 out of 4 in the main bathroom. After the third time of asking for repairs to the lights when one of the MoLi staff finally turned up, her solution was to bang the light in the kitchen with her fist until it worked. The dodgy microwave was at least replaced, but only after us asking twice. One of the lounges was broken so you sank to floor level if you sat in it. The iron was so burnt and scarred that I took my shirts to a dry cleaner before turning up to my London office. And don't think about watching TV after 8pm at night, because only one channel works (was OK during the daytime, but we were out seeing London each day). When we complained about the lack of attention to problems at checkout, they argued the toss about each item. Location was great, building was fine, service was appalling.

“Perfect accommodation”

My friend recommended this apartment; she had stayed their previously and was very impressed with the cleanliness, views and service. I understood why when I stayed here myself. The apartment overlooks the Thames River and offers a great view of the Tower Bridge and London's skyline. The rooms were clean and I didn't have to worry about any bedbugs (ughgh)! Everything - right from grocery stores to the greatest shops of London were within easy reach. A large screen television right in the living room meant, I didn't have to miss out on any of my favourite soaps.
