“Simply Blissful”

Reviewed 17 Oct 2012

We stayed here in September and had an absolutely amazing time. The condo was marvellous - everything that was promised - the view couldn't be bettered, the weather was fantastic and the neighbours were the icing on the cake. They were so lovely and friendly they made what was a great destination into a truly superb experience. Another high spot was Ken, the caretaker ... what a character. He even brought us some home-baked biscuits! The bus running along Shore Drive made it easy to get into Provincetown for shopping (or whale watching), but mostly we just chilled out in the sun and recovered from a hectic week in New York followed by even more walking in Boston whilst gathering our strength to tackle Vegas. The one bad thing was not being able to get into the condo when we arrived. Having been assured that door would be unlocked. and the keys on the counter, only the latter was true. After a very expensive phone call we finally located Ken and he was able to let us in, but we think the agent could have done better by giving us Ken's details in advance ... we did ask!

“A great vacation, on the Bay, near everything,”

Very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Check-in was easy and the rental agent was very helpful, especially when we had some problems with the circuit breakers. (We did have some issues with the washer/dryer combo and wi-fi.) Unit was very well stocked and comfortably furnished. The view of the ocean from the living room and balcony of our second floor unit was breathtaking. The a/c was very effective in the hot weather we experienced. Best feature is the location on the water and so close to everything especially P'Town and the beaches. The Cape Cod Bay beach is right in front, at least during low tide. And our favorite beaches, Race Point, Head of the Meadow, and Coast Guard Beach on the Cape Cod National Seashore (Atlantic)side are minutes away. Our favorite restaurants, Michael Shay's, Lobster Pot, Fazinni's By the Sea, Terra Luna and Blackfish, are all close by too. And StopNshop in P'Town, a short drive, has just about anything you may need (or forgot to bring). We are planning to stay here again this summer and look forward to another great experience.

“Superb holiday rental in a great location.”

My son and I stayed at this apartment in North Truro , Cape Cod for a week in September 2011.The booking process was easy and the apartment everything we needed for a comfortable holiday with a fantastic sea view. Despite arriving on Cape Cod at the same time as Hurricane Irene, we only lost one day of our holiday and found the apartment to be a safe haven in the high winds. We were only a few minutes drive from Provincetown with all the amenities and shops you could need. The apartment was a great base to explore the rest of the Cape with ease and we enjoyed trips to Plymouth,Hyannis,Nantucket, whale watching and visits to many of the beautiful beaches close by.

“Great stay on the bay”

These new condos had just opened when we stayed here, so were very clean. Its a great place to set up for a week on the Cape, located on Shore Drive a couple miles from Truro beaches and from Provincetown. Space is limited (380-400sq ft) perfect for two, with a great balcony overlooking the bay, you can stay on the first floor as well, but i liked the second as no one will walk in front of your doors, and its only about 50ft for a dip. Steve, the Realtor was very helpful and punctual. While Ptown offers lots of options, i'd recommend a couple local eateries, both Terra Luna and Blackfish were great spots. Hope to go back next year.
