Casa Bella is a unique, 1800 sq ft condo located on the 3rd floor in lovely Sueno del Mar with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and Chahue Bay. Our spacious terrace, overlooking the pool area, has a large table perfect for enjoying drinks while watching the sun set. This private, end-unit 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has no common walls, has been exquisitely decorated and has many amenities including flat screen TV's, marble floors, 11 ft ceilings, a washer-dryer and a gourmet kitchen, just to name a few. If you bring your laptop along, there is wireless throughout the condo and by the pool and beach clubs.
Located in the 5-Star, gated community of Sueno del Mar, with 24 hour security, Casa Bella is centrally located - walk to restaurants, shopping and a supermarket within minutes. Tennis is available in the spa/health club next door and golf is a 10 minute cab ride. Perfect for families!
We have a local administrator that oversees our guests so that all of their needs are met and to insure that they have a great time during their stay. Her helpful staff can organize transport to and from the airport,, book any excursions you may want to take and answer any questions you may have.
