Our flat is between Design Hotel and Malibu Beach Hotel.
It is literally at 3 minutes walking distance to the beach and other amenities.

For winter guests: It is a summer accommodation with no heating. There is a portable electric heater in the flat as well as a very thick down blanket. While we find it warm enough to stay there without heating in winter, which is often pretty mild, it is quite personal and one may still find it chilly.

“Amazing”
This cosy flat is just amazing as is the owner Serpil and her mother. We were delayed 27 hours and they were both very flexible and ready for our arrival. The flat is fantastic for our needs as it has two spacious bedrooms, lounge and kitchen with air conditioning and ceiling fan. It is has two balcony's which make for lovely evening sitting. The flat is very close to the beach, shops and restaurants which make it brilliant for us. Thank you very much to Serpil and her mother, a fantastic time was had.
