Description
Greenfish House is a large 3 storey town house in a quiet street in Fertilia. The double bedroom on the top floor is air conditioned and has an ensuite and private sun terrace. The other double bedroom , also air-conditioned, shares the family bathroom with the two twin bedrooms. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor and a shower in the laundry room in the basement. There is a large living room with open plan kitchen/ diner which leads out to a small courtyard, ideal for al fresco dining.The house is for the use of maximum 8 people. It has one parking space in front for the use of the guests and there is a ample car park just around the corner.
Fertilia is ideally located on the coast just 3 km along the bay from Alghero and 3 km from the airport, with the national park of Capo Caccia nearby.Just across the road from Greenfish House there is a small gated park and playground. Fertilia has all the essentials,petrol station, bank, post office, newsagent , chemist, supermarket,butchers. There are amazing beaches within walking distance, the nearest sandy beach " Punta Negra"is 250m and the rocks are even closer,only 100m.Other beaches nearby are " Le Bombarde " and " Lazzareto " There are cycling paths leading both to Alghero and to the national park, where there are some fantastic walks. Local buses run every hour to Alghero and the Airport.
