Completely remodeled, refurnished & professionally decorated. Enjoy wonderful ocean, tropical gardens and Haleakala views. A true "Paradise in Maui" awaits you in our beautiful, ocean view, upper floor, 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo (1160 sf) in the Lower Village of Wailea's spectacular ocean front Ekahi Village. The condo can accommodate up to 3 guests, but is best suited for adults, and is in a premier location - a level, 30 second stroll away from Ekahi's lovely ocean front pool, pavilion and private gated access to fabulous Keawakapu Beach. From inside the condo and on the lanai, there is a wonderful ocean, sand and surf view. Listening to the waves as one falls asleep is very soothing. There are also great views of the island of Lanai, Ekahi's colorful tropical gardens and impressive Haleakala (the world's largest dormant volcano). All areas of the condo have been completely remodeled with high quality in mind. Included are stainless steel appliances, solid maple cabinets, granite counter-tops, travertine flooring, woven wood window coverings, tri-zone split-ductless A/C, an office area and more. The furnishings are all upscale with a mix of Hawaiian and Asian styling. There are vaulted ceilings in the living room, dining room and master bedroom.The condo has a comfortable and welcoming feeling and is meticulously maintained. As it is our home for part of the year, it has been outfitted with that in mind. The double lanai has a Weber propane BBQ, balcony height dining table with 4 chairs, 2 club chairs and footstool. Ekahi is located on the warm, dry and sunny side of the island and fronts onto the golden sands of 1/2 mile long Keawakapu Beach. The complex is noted for its low density (34 acres with just 54 low rise buildings, clustered on 10 of the acres), lush tropical gardens and green spaces.

I am also available by e-mail or phone to answer any questions you may have or to address any problems. In order to make your trip more enjoyable, we provide a package with information about restaurants, shops, water activities (such as snorkelling, scuba, surfing, etc.), golf, tennis, biking, hiking, zip lining and other Maui activities.
