Wintertime, Steamboat Springs is truly a wonderland of Champagne Powder; and natural hot springs. Nestled 7,000 feet up in the Colorado Rockies, Steamboat is one of North America's largest ski mountains with 3,000 ski able acres.
In the summer, try your hand at fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, Class five river rafting, hiking and more. Then dip those sore muscles the hot springs. Don't miss Dinosaur National Monument.

This resort has no elevators or ground floor units. A minimum of 8-10 stairs must be climbed to reach any unit. Two bedroom units also have interior spiral stairs.

“An excellent experience in Steamboat”
As a Maui resident, people always ask where in the world I take my vacations. Well, for at least a couple weeks every year I like to leave my comfortable tropical environs and experience what normal people would consider winter. This past December in Steamboat provided exactly the retreat I was looking for. The snow conditions where absolutely phenomenal. It doesn't get much better than that champagne powder created by Mother Nature in this area. The the condo and property was excellent, and turned out to be perfect for my group to enjoy the weekend. If I decided to return this next winter to Steamboat, this is where I intend to stay again. 5+ stars!

“A $10 upgrade was too good to be true”
We originally signed up for a room which we were told by phone would not allow three persons, only two. We were offered to upgrade to a four person room for only $10 more for the entire three night stay. We happily took that offer. When we arrived at the resort, it turned out we were left with the 2 person room anyway. The room was fine, but our high hopes were sunken.
Response from the manager It seems there was an upgrade booking error with the resort. We send a reservation confirmation e-mail within minutes of booking. The subject line reads(Caps are on the e-mail): RESERVATION CONFIRMATION: PLEASE REVIEW FOR ACCURACY. The first sentence reads: Below is your confirmed reservation. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO CHECK THE DATES AND UNIT SIZES CAREFULLY. We strive for accuracy but anyone can make mistakes. Per your contract, you have 24 hours to review this for accuracy. The guest clearly didn't read his confirmation. He also didn't contact us on arriving to see if we could put him in the 1 bedroom. Out of our hundreds of reservations, this is the first mistake we've noted. It's sad that this guest didn't read the confirmation or call us when arriving or even contact us after the trip to request a price adjustment for his inconvenience. He also hasn't responded to our e-mail since his review.
“Coulnd't have been better!!!”
This was a great vacation! The condo was huge!! Right accrosss from the slopes. The shuttle ride was 3 minutes to the base ofthe hill and dropped us closer to the lift than some of the "slopeside" resorts. The condo had so much room. There were two full beds upstairs with a bathroom. A master bedroom with a King downstairs and a really nice queen murphy bed. The service was great. The outdoor hot tub was nice after a day of skiing and the kids loved the indoor pool. There were no pushey sales pitches, just a nice relaxing vacation in a great resort.
“Wonderful accommodations and I'll continue to return”
My son recently moved to Steamboat to go to college. I travel frequently and get very tired of the hotel circuit. I found these accommodations to be very nice, comfortable, clean, cozy with the fireplace, and a convenient location to everything in Steamboat. Staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Every time I plan a trip to visit my son I intend on staying here. Also, let me point out that Rick will do whatever he can to accommodate my schedule on short notice.
“What a great place!!! Can't wait to return!!”
As I stepped off my airport shuttle at 1 PM Naomia met me with good news. My accommodations had been upgraded to the building with working fireplaces and elevators. After unpacking and resting a few minutes,I proceded to check in and get a tour of the resort.Loved the cofffee and spices provided in the condo. I hate the I didn't pack a swimsuit for the many hottubs available. As it was my first time in Steamboat, I was a little nervous. Every person there was so helpful to ease my fears. Mark, the bus driver offered suggestions each day for fun things to do and just how to do them. The location is close enough to places to eat and shop. There was just not enough time in 4 days to do everything. Not just the people at the resort but every person that I met was friendly and helpful. I am planning my return visit now.
Great place and great value too - plenty of room, two beds upstairs and bathroom, master downstairs with ensuite and laundy, fold out couch in living and good size kitchen, close to the resort, shuttle bus right there, pool and sauna accross the road. They arent joking about the rates either, super value, Rick was really helpful and I booked it last minute - emailed/called him on the day. The accommodation was superb, steamboat is not a bad resort good for families.
“Awesome resort at the Boat!!!”
The resort is new and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The shuttle service to the mountain is the best!! It’s perfectly located, between the mountain and a shopping center. I didn’t have a vehicle when I was there and I didn’t need one. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!!
